Walked all the way along there today that outfall was covered In Cormorants dozens of them. Surprised to see people fishing off the end of Britannia Pier again as they have been doing for several weeks now as usually able to walk around the end…

@@nevillej9408 there’s load of cormorants at sea at the minute,
Feeding like hell on shoals of small herring. With the big tides, the end must be getting wet again. Brings back memories of fishing on the jetty

Hello Ray, no, I stayed in the warm. I bought a boat so I don’t have to go in the water! Well I hope you are on the mend

Hi mate just a question on the prawn you use do you still need to cotton them on.

Hello, if you salt them, they are firm enough to use without elastic.

Not the beach it used to be m8 seems full of snags and doesn't seem to hold fish plus at night it's not the safest place to be unless you have someone with you😢

I’ve only fished it twice in the last month, and not for 20 years. There are a few undesirables about the town now

Often watch your vids, occasionally spot you down south beach..
.that spot has an old drain cover and abandoned mobility scooter and a big gas/scaffolding pipe as snags behind the hotel, clearer 50 yards further south,I prefer north of the cut through up towards the giant

I’m sure there’s tonnes of crap been pulled about there over the years
