Painting On A Wooden Cauldron - To Hold Trick Or Treat Sweets!

I picked up this wooden cauldron last year in the sales once halloween was finished, and I bought it so I could decorate it and put sweets inside for trick or treaters this year. I love seeing trick or treaters and I love in an area where there are lots of families, so people in my area go are taking halloween seriously! Normally I don't have a lot of decorations or anything but this year I want to create a couple of decorations for inside the house just for fun, and hopefully get into the halloween mood.
I painted this using acrylic paints, and I just finished it with a layer of mod podge at the end. I still can't decide whether I hate the writing I did on the pot, and I did know from the start that I would hate it if I wrote on it... but I still did it anyway. Overall I do like how the pot turned out, it was really quick to do and I had fun making it.
