Very nice lot of stamps for a bargain price! The bird and insect stamps were my favourites. I visited a few thrift stores here in Tauranga, New Zealand, but could only find stamps at one once, and the price was exorbitant. The thrift stores said I must phone regularly, because they do get stamps every now and then, but they are usually bought up pretty quickly. Anyway, I was not successful so far. I wish we had car boot sales and flea markets where I see collectors find stamps. Thanks for showing us your excellent buy, Jerry! Your videos are not bad. You show the stamps very clearly. Best wishes to you and your wife!!!!!
Thank you, Charnie. You do have to be quick and lucky, be there at the right time, right place. I have had some excellent bargains at markets, sales, charity shops, etc, but sometimes they can be expensive, and you have to walk away.
Love that you found this packet of stamps. Dor 50p so much fun. And a lot of nice stamps in them. I especially like the Irish (Christmas) stamps. That Danisg stamp with the lovely cancel is nice also. Just couldn’t find what that stamp at 16:33 is. I would’ve thought the UK, but guess you would’ve known then. Lively episode Jerry! And good tips for people where to find cheaper stamps!
Hi Chris, I have found out the stamp at 16:33 is from Australia, 1997. I am you enjoyed the video, there are bargains out there and you can find them in the most unexpected places.

WOW! Jerry, a nice lot for little money. Wish we had car boot sales here in Eastern British Columbia.
It was a great deal, and for such little outlay, well worth it.
I’ve never seen a stamp with perfs like that Beatles stamp. Nice finds. A steal for 50p I reckon
Thanks, certainly some nice stamps, definitely a bargain, and the beatles stamp is a bonus.
Very good buy Gerry. Enjoy removing them
Thank you. I don't mind soaking stamps, It will certainly add to a few collections I have.
@@jerrystampsYou might consider leaving some on piece for the cancels. I noticed some nice town cancels and one on blue paper with a slogan alongside
Yes, I do collect postmarks, so I will probably leave them as is.
❤; 🇮🇳.
