Such a lovely recap, nice ending, I’m sure it’s a good movie. Yes, Michelle did have an issue with respecting boundaries but sometimes you just have to push them to give the person the help they need.
Luckily “Michelle” Isn’t a real person… you really think that is an egregious enough dismissal of someone’s boundaries to actually mention then I think you have a very unrealistic idea of what is socially acceptable. When you find yourself feeling catty towards a fictional character in a movie, it might be time to take a step back and relax a little.😂
Pretty insensitive to push any religious holiday in a classroom. Church and state do not mix, and never, ever should. This is one of the core foundations of this country. Another stupid movie that assumes everyone in a community is Christian and normalizes violating the separation of church and state.
I like how the movie ends with him taking his apartment and filling it with the most typical and ugly Christmas decorations possible… Like, this is his big grand statement, nothing original, nothing even very good looking to be honest… Now, I told understand that it’s a big step, considering the character previously was incapable of seeing these things and that it is his first time. Not the characters fault, just a serious lack of creativity, on the part of whoever wrote it or designs the set. Also, I am well aware that this type of movie isn’t looking to push any thing past the banality of what your person is looking for in a corny Christmas movie… But seriously, just hilarious how little it takes to impress most people. Yes, I’m talking about you, the people that love this movie or think it’s cute or entirely acceptable, you all keep the bars as low as possible, and I blame youentirely! Lol
Everyone talking about boundaries is hilarious… it’s like you’ve all made yourselves characters in the movie, just another one of the moms who likes to gossip about the hot teacher and gets caddy about other females doing the same thing. Seriously, if you think those actions are really that severe and actually denote an issue with boundaries, then you obviously have seriously rigid/limited social parameters… Yikes

Sweet, but Michelle has an issue with respecting boundaries..
And it's kind of annoying
Exactly.
