Found the “mission” Step 1 make a campaign and be on nato Step 2 find a mission that is “defend area shark” step 3 if the map has a big hill with loads of trees separating the 2 axis then that is the mission
Some things I noticed while seeing this Holding Spacebar after you Commander gives you a target description will automatically traverse the turret to that target If you rangefind while the turret is moving, the turret will auto compensate for your movement, the enemy's movement, and the elevation. The M1 has the best FCS in the game, so abuse the shit outta it. Nice shooting though! Barely missed!
If you have a mouse with side buttons, you could bind this to that, that way it’s within easy reach without having to move anything but your thumb. I didn’t know this traverse mechanic existed but now that I do I’m gonna see if I can do what I just suggested. I always slew the turret past the target so this should help tremendously lol

It’s called a hunter killer system and basically the TC has a switch lever on his turret control stick that he can use to override the gunner’s controls and slave the gun onto whatever he has designated a target. With the M1A2 this system works with the CITV and is even more gnarly.
With these crew voices you really feel the duty to save your crew... It's as if you wanted to get out of there alive, not because of victory but because of your appreciation for your crew.

Was thinking the same thing. He exposed the engine and side armor to an armored assault. This is a serious fault in the games AI. The enemy didn't seem too well programmed either. Just a turkey shoot. Pretty disappointed in what I see here.
It's improved but they still do this, especially soviet tanks. That might be bc Soviet tanks have shitty reverse gears and so the AI calculates that it's quicker to do a 180 and drive forward? Obviously an uneducated guess. But it still does this in situations where it only has to back away a dozen metres or so to fall into formation, despite being shot at
You have a point, but remember that warthunder is more of an arcade sim. It’s not meant to be ultra realistic like this game. And yes the voice acting in warthunder can get a bit better
I played this game so much and loved it to bits! only problem was that the scenery wasnt destructive, you cant see where you got hit (no holes, damage etc) and your own teammates would face their engines toward the enemy. it would be really annoying when your the only unit in your platoon that made it solely because you didnt move your well angled tank while everyone did... IMO this game is great and addictive but i feel like its on par with Sprocket. right now the game (sprocket) is undergoing a massive update to improve it's already incredible vehicle customisation. but the AI in it can still be pretty dumb and theres no buildings in the game. GHPC has the best immersion, voice acting and FCS ive ever seen in a tank game. but again. WOT and War thunder are still great tank games but usually most of the time your dying to sniper tanks.

This game made by suchh a litel team is amazing. I started playing when you could only get it through patreon before they got on steam, great fun from the get go. Curious to see how far they'l go. What mission is that? Bad ass combat there well done!
I’m fairly certain that’s a BMP-1 judging from the stubby turret, box shaped hull, and high tracks. The way the crew commander calls targets is Gunner, Ammo, target, distance or range finder. *Sees an enemy personal carrier* Gunner, Sabot, PC, Choke
