@shashank udupa great video but i want to raise some concern 1) practically its not possible to adjust ur all income with agriculture 2) secondly if u keep on buying agriculture land u will become more of a farmer than a salaried or business person again buying agriculture land is not easy u need a good chunk of money to do so . 3) there are high chance that if any new person trys this method to reduce their tax burden without help of profesional tax plannner there are high chances that ur getting a notice from incometax department for tax evasion there is a very thin line btween tax evasion and tax planning i advice every one not to perform such stunds without the help of profesionals ( ca cs cma )

Shashank you view on buying agri land is a bit flawed. 1) Speaking about Maharashtra & WB... don't know about other states... not everyone is allowed to buy an agri land without having agri status. Remember Amitabh Bacchan case? 2) Do you know the quantum of land to generate a handsome produce? Talk about investment and development above that before generating produce. Add to that overheads or shared basis cultivation to reduce your produce effect. 3) Comes the point of cultivating produce. Not as easy as it sounds. Try it. 4) Generating 1 Cr income from agri is not peanuts. Speaking from experiance. Everything looks good in pen and paper.
Not everyone can buy agricultural land. There are restrcitions in many states! Only farmers can buy agricultural land - you have to show that you or your ancestors are agriculturists

Bro all that is fine but for someone who is in early 20s just started working, will have tough time to buy agriculture land, maintain and other expenses. Is there a way we can invest/pool together to invest in agri land. Aroh by leadoff was one such product but they discontinued. Any other option you have?
