I raced across Ella town to see the Ella to Kandy Train but the highlight of the trip was meeting the amazing locals. They made my 32nd birthday a day that I will never forget!

I enjoy so much watching these 3 friends from 3 continents having so much fun in Sri Lanka. lot of energy and excitement throughout the journey also keep helping lot of poor people which is very much appreciated. one thing you should keep in mind is that tuk tuks are the most unsafe way of transportation. it may look fun but actually most of deaths caused by road accidents are from either tuk tuks or motor bikes.

You fool. This bridge was built and commissioned by the British in 1921. Sri Lanka gained independence in 1948. During the 74 years since then, successive governments of Sri Lanka have maintained this bridge. If not for that, this bridge would have been in tatters, just like your silly brain.
