- We install our Tubular Front Crossmember from Skyview Racecars to get our C-10 ready for some suspension upgrades.
Follow along as we rebuild our 67 Bad Attitude C-10 from the ground up while sharing the components being used and their install. Once the truck is done, we will be taking you along for the Drag and Drive events we attend as well as other racing and Car Shows.
The Drag and Drive Events will allow me to compete in racing again to fill a void in my life since my accident. Just to watch and see how racers and spectators alike have become so much more involved in Drag and Drive Events, I feel that its camaraderie and fellowship is second to none. Don't get me wrong, a Drag Racing Family is awesome, but a Gear Head World is flat out Cool!

Looks good man.
Can't wait to see it done.
Thanks, hopefully your build is going well.
Cool 🚒👍
Thanks! That one had some sketchy moments when flipping the frame, but it all worked out.
@@BadAttitudeC-10 I saw. It worked out. When I separated the tractor, I just had to think about it before I did it it was sketchy, but it all worked out. 👍
I'll go look for the video.
This has to be so much lighter than the stock setup 👍
Yeah, I did it and the chrome moly tubular upper and lower a arms as well. The first brake set up was a little heavy, the new Dyna Pro set up is lite weight.
Hey buddy when u ordered this kit how long did it take for u to receive it after it was ordered im think on getting it for my 64 c10
Hi Cory, I had it with-in two weeks, but he told me up front mine would be a little longer than normal because they were being Powder Coated the week I ordered mine. I also replied to your e-mail, sorry I couldn't be more help.
so does the crossmember add any drop to the front end or is it stock ride height?
even on their website it is unclear which leads me to believe it is stock ride height.
Hi, to be honest I can only tell you that the crossmember itself doesn't accept anything "Factory" from the 67-72 C-10. Their upper and lower control arms offered in the kit only fits their crossmember too, so I purchased them as well instead of trying to mix and match everything. When I spoke with them and asked about ride height I was told the 2" drop spindles and shocks offered in the kit would allow for ride height adjustments, as far as how much, I have no clue. So, I went with 2" drop spindles for a 1st Gen Camaro because that's what they offer in their kit and those being paired with the coil overs I am hoping to get the ride height I want. I know that doesn't answer your question 100%, but I will not blow smoke up anyone's ass to act as if I know it all, I'd rather be truthful and admit I don't know. However, I did try to call them to ask for you and it being the day after Thanksgiving, I guess they are closed.
@@BadAttitudeC-10 sweet. That is about what I expected. Ty for the info.
