Just search for 'sprinkler transformer' on amazon and you should find many choices. The circuit uses a switching regulator which can work with any input voltage up to 28VAC or 40VDC.
15 minutes open for each station minimum and maximum? There is no setting for "this station" open for 4 minutes, and that station for 10 minutes? Is there a percentage modifier for communist states like mine that require you to use less water in some cooler months?
Orbit 1" inline valve. You can get them in most home improvement stores like Lowes. Or you can get them on Amazon.

Does the time go under 1 minute
Example: can i set it to water for 20 seconds
