    Have just cooked this for dinner, minus the spuds. I think I made the marinade too runny as it slipped off the tops of the thighs, so I just spooned over instead. Marinated for six hours. Really pungent aroma when they started cooking, house smells great now. Super moist and tender, very pleased with the results. Haven't used dill since I made Tzatziki three years ago!
