@@KielbasaHolmes I'm afraid not, I've wishlisted a few games I wanna try like House Flipper but I don't think it lets you fully construct a house from the ground up, down to the foundation and plumping and electricals. Really wish we had it, that would be a game worth buying.
I agree on the build how you like. That would be awesome. As a long time admin for rockstar though, mods have done sooo much damage too the community. It's all fun and games until its not. Then it's a bloody nightmare too clean up

We build with what materials we have in abundance in that area. Sometimes it's wood, sometimes it's stone or brick. But never mud like your third world country.
Subflooring without floor joists... concrete without forms.. no plumbing.. a crane.. you'd of thought an actual carpenter would have had a hand in making this game. Please don't learn anything from this. This is a carpenters worsted nightmare. 😅
