Backstreet Boys will always & forever be my number one ☝🏻 favorites! Yes I love NSYNC and Boyz II Men. But something about bsb always brings me back to a more simpler time in my youth. I’ve been lucky to see them 6 times over the years. They put on amazing show for their fans. I’m ready for them to come out with new music!

RIP Stephen Gately who was the lead singer from Boyzone. He contributed to the vocals of their No.1 hit song "No matter what". He will be missed. Also where is All 4 One. They were another popular boyband in the 1990s that had a popular hit song called "I swear" which was dominant in 1994.

Backstreet boys are still making music too. They came to my city in 2019 and they had new music that had come out within the last year. The concert was amazing, and they even wore jerseys from my city’s nhl team for the concert, then gave the shirts they wore to fans. Brian’s son was their opener and he was pretty good too. Brian was sitting at the sound stage about two rows behind me while he watched his son perform.
I was 15 when Everybody was a hit, and my friend and I would stand in front of the TV tryna do the dance with the curtains open so the cute neighbour dude across the road could see us being awesome dancers 😂 Good memories. Cringe, but good.

As a teenager growing up in the 90s, the Backstreet Boys were almost always on the radio. The end of the video couldn't have described it any better: "there is an entire generation of adults that still look back upon the group's music with limitless nostalgia." I am now one of those adults and very much still find myself going back to Spotify and putting on a Backstreet Boys playlist and happily singing along. They were awesome. Shoutout to 5IVE, Boyz II Men & N'Sync too. All produced memorable songs.
When I was growing up, I loved The Moffatts, Hanson, N SYNC, 5ive, 98 Degrees, BBMac, Point Blank, Westlife, New Kids on the Block, Backstreet Boys and Blue.
NSYNC girl here but even I have to admit the greatness of the BSB. My top 3 definitely match this listing. I love me some Boyz II Men their voices just blend so effortlessly it's honey for the ears. Also, yes, if there is one thing we can all agree on is that JC was the better singer of NSYNC, I really wish his solo would have taken off.

Thank you for riding the *NSYNC reunion wave and putting them on the cover of the video while still not making them #1😂. I understand though, it's all about personal preference. If you were to ask me back in the day I would've probably said BSB too but now I would say 100% *NSYNC. In my particular case, living outside the US, the biggest issue with *NSYNC was that they marketed their music pretty much only in the US while BSB focused on all markets, making them known all over the world, hence more fans. I remember trying to talk to my friends about *NSYNC but nobody cared cause they were all BSB fans so it was tough to be excited about any new songs or anything really because I was alone on it and like most things in life, this type of thing, being a fan of someone, is better experienced as a collective. It's just a completely different feeling. If i would've had the "North American *NSYNC experience" I would have totally been an *NSYNC girl first! like, when I saw Mr. JC Chasez on the 1999 VMAs my life was forever changed!! I do have to admit that BSB has longevity over any other boy band and that's really important. We would never know what *NSYNC could've achieved if they stayed together for a little longer, their existence was so short-lived and everything they accomplished in those years was really outstanding if you really think about it. To sum up, while I understand why you chose BSB, *NSYNC is my ride or die boyband. I wanna add that while there are a lot of other things that I can take into consideration when choosing them as the best boyband, like raw talent (singing, dancing, writing, and producing) and the songs themselves. I connect much more with them as people, I love their personalities, and that to me is one of the top things that make them so special to this day.
And honestly, though they did disband and were not as famous outside of North America (as BSBers love to point out), NSYNC was still the better band in all aspects: singing ability, harmonization, dancing/choreography, songs, everything.

The songs were so unique and it matters that Justin and JC were so involved in writing and producing. They are really the best, I hope we get to see more from them soon!
New Kids on the Block for me. NKOTB. Blockhead 4Life since age 14 in 1991. NKOTB who reunited in 2008, but has always been brothers (with two of them being actual brothers) and has continued ever since. As for British, I liked Take That for a while, also really liken Boyz II Men.

When I was a kid, I went between NSYNC and Backstreet Boys. To this day, I prefer NSYNC. I became obsessed with NSYNC. I had a poster of NSYNC on my bedroom wall. I met Joey Fatone of NSYNC while working at a gift shop at a hotel/casino. He is chill. I did not realize it was him until later on. I rang up items for the woman he was with.
It's so sad that there are no more boy bands like it was in the 90s and early 2000s.... I am grateful to have been there to enjoy all these boy bands.... the last boy band i ever heard of was mindless behaviour... boy bands have died not even girl band i know that are existing now

In this case I do agree with the position of the second and first place. Just think it the backstreet boys are unbeatable in the legacy that they let for the young generation who grew in the 90's. However, there is something that NSYNC did that any other band even the Backstreet boys couldn't do, give a super star to the pop music. The legacy of NSYNC did even bigger with the solo career of Justin. And yes, you can be against him for all the problem with Britney, but just admit it, he slam it out of the yard.
Yes it did launch Justin's solo career, but as the video mentions (and even Justin himself has said) JC was the better voice of the group, the record company basically screwed him over.😢

So, we can say that justin perhaps wasn't as talentful as JC, but he was smarter and resulted he had more to offer as professional. Just consider that the situation helped him a lot, so everything fell down in its place.
Boy band or not, my favorite band is always the Backstreet boys. As a kid, my crush was Backstreet boys Brian and Nick, but as a grown woman, I happened to fall for and get merried to someone like AJ, but my favorite singing voice still is Nick Carter .

If i would've had the "North American *NSYNC experience" I would have totally been an *NSYNC girl first! like, when I saw Mr. JC Chasez on the 1999 VMAs my life was forever changed!!
I do have to admit that BSB has longevity over any other boy band and that's really important. We would never know what *NSYNC could've achieved if they stayed together for a little longer, their existence was so short-lived and everything they accomplished in those years was really outstanding if you really think about it. To sum up, while I understand why you chose BSB, *NSYNC is my ride or die boyband. I wanna add that while there are a lot of other things that I can take into consideration when choosing them as the best boyband, like raw talent (singing, dancing, writing, and producing) and the songs themselves. I connect much more with them as people, I love their personalities, and that to me is one of the top things that make them so special to this day.
And honestly, though they did disband and were not as famous outside of North America (as BSBers love to point out), NSYNC was still the better band in all aspects: singing ability, harmonization, dancing/choreography, songs, everything.
@@tjohns25 yeah, I would agree. *NSYNC had the best singer of all boy bands, the best dancers, and their harmonies were just amazing!!! The songs were so unique and it matters that Justin and JC were so involved in writing and producing. They are really the best, I hope we get to see more from them soon!
New Kids on the Block for me. NKOTB. Blockhead 4Life since age 14 in 1991. NKOTB who reunited in 2008, but has always been brothers (with two of them being actual brothers) and has continued ever since. As for British, I liked Take That for a while, also really liken Boyz II Men.

Backstreet Boys will always be number 1! They are going strong 31 yrs later! Timeless music and so many hits. Always bops, no flops… and they never left us. The boys always say how grateful they are to their fans! The bsb army will never give up on the boys ❤
When I was a kid, I went between NSYNC and Backstreet Boys. To this day, I prefer NSYNC. I became obsessed with NSYNC. I had a poster of NSYNC on my bedroom wall. I met Joey Fatone of NSYNC while working at a gift shop at a hotel/casino. He is chill. I did not realize it was him until later on. I rang up items for the woman he was with.
It's so sad that there are no more boy bands like it was in the 90s and early 2000s.... I am grateful to have been there to enjoy all these boy bands.... the last boy band i ever heard of was mindless behaviour... boy bands have died not even girl band i know that are existing now

Surprised Take That are not number one, they were HUGE back in the day. Boyzone should be number 2, they were my number one boyband as a kid/teen. Even got to see them in concert. RIP Stephen Gately

@@LadyKattrina84 exactly my point, that top places are american bands. In Europe British bands were much popular, or at least same popular. Westlife wasn't in the top (only mention). Some bands i didn't even know that were in (9 Bell Biv Devoe🤷, never heard of it) . And i was a teenager in the 90. But from Europe.

In this case I do agree with the position of the second and first place. Just think it the backstreet boys are unbeatable in the legacy that they let for the young generation who grew in the 90's. However, there is something that NSYNC did that any other band even the Backstreet boys couldn't do, give a super star to the pop music. The legacy of NSYNC did even bigger with the solo career of Justin. And yes, you can be against him for all the problem with Britney, but just admit it, he slam it out of the yard.
Yes it did launch Justin's solo career, but as the video mentions (and even Justin himself has said) JC was the better voice of the group, the record company basically screwed him over.😢

By example, some experts mentioned that he wasn't as confident as justin, appart many people consider that appart the voice some other things that have caracterized Justin are the charisma and the full packed, singing, dancing and playing instruments.
Another interesting detail was the situation. Justin knew how to use the right moment, just after the hiatus he dropped his first album and it was a huge sucess. However, he didn't stop there and dropped everything he had. With JC happened that he didn't use the hiatus moment in the right spot to drop his músic, he waited a lot. And appart that, he dropped music that was considered oversexualized, and public didn't like too much.
So, we can say that justin perhaps wasn't as talentful as JC, but he was smarter and resulted he had more to offer as professional. Just consider that the situation helped him a lot, so everything fell down in its place.

Boy band or not, my favorite band is always the Backstreet boys. As a kid, my crush was Backstreet boys Brian and Nick, but as a grown woman, I happened to fall for and get merried to someone like AJ, but my favorite singing voice still is Nick Carter .
