If this took place today. Among the Palestinians, I could see the PLO and Arab Socialist factions being backed by the Soviets while the Islamists (Hamas, Islamic Jihad) and Shi'a Resistance Axis (Hezbollah, IRGC, Pro-Iran forces) would be backed by Nazi Germany. The Pan-Arabs and Ba'athists would appeal to both the Soviets and the Einheitspakt (Nasser - Yockey connection comes to mind).
Among the Israelis, the Americans would support the traditional and liberal Zionist factions, while Fascist Italy would support the Revisionist Zionist factions (Likud, Kahanists, etc).

I can imagine what the Iran-Iraq War would look like with Saddam Hussein backed jointly by the US, Soviets, and Italians, while Khomeini would get support from Imperial Japanese and the Republic of China, even after the events of the Great Asian War. The Nazis would agitate the Peshmerga and other Kurdish Nationalists against the Iraqi Ba'athists, and Iranian Pan-Aryans, Shi'a Traditionalists (followers of Mohammad al-Shirazi), and Pahlavi loyalists against the Islamic Republic.

In fact despite previous negotiations and agreements. Recognize that Jerusalem will be an independent city and will not participate or be affiliated with any faction in the world and region. Nah, the people weren't genocided out of existence. While the Nazi volunteer did commit a massacre, it wasn't an order from the Palestinian authority, even they tried to stop them from commiting further atrocity against the Israeli.
