Thank you Corikay! When I told him about the returns and exchanges I wanted to make his reply was along the lines of "I thought the bath towel and headband were ugly when I was buying it, I just did it for your prespend". 😅😂 In the end I exchanged the blanket for a different pattern in grey, but there were no grey pillows so it was returned along with the headband & towel.
I will definitely update later next year on whether I get my QB or not (should be within 6-9 months).

This will definitely mark your account and possibly hurt your relationship with your SA. Exchange the pillow so it fits with your decor and thats about all that I would do.
I actually work with more than one SA in my store anyways, so I’ve definitely not done things the traditional way 😂 Still got told I should have a Kelly before summer 🤞🏻

I am so sorry I can’t remember! But from my memory it was 30 days for a exchange or return (for store credit not for a refund)
Thanks for sharing that info on LP! I was always wondering if there were any benefits buying from boutique/ SA similar to other brands. Unfortunately it’s so easy to purchase online so 95% of my purchases by not been with my SA :( but noted for the future!
The customer service and attitude at Loro Piana is so amazing, that I always feel happy when I leave the store. It's like a total opposite experience compared to Hermes, and I can really recommend them :)
I think that all of your reasoning was sound. Hopefully this doesn’t negatively affect you but I agree that if it’s something that just doesn’t work for you, it has to go.
