When I told him about the returns and exchanges I wanted to make his reply was along the lines of "I thought the bath towel and headband were ugly when I was buying it, I just did it for your prespend". 😅😂 In the end I exchanged the blanket for a different pattern in grey, but there were no grey pillows so it was returned along with the headband & towel. I will definitely update later next year on whether I get my QB or not (should be within 6-9 months).
You have a very thoughtful and caring partner who wants to help you getting a quota bag and returning those items won’t damage you getting it because your SA wants you to be happy with the items you purchased.

The customer service and attitude at Loro Piana is so amazing, that I always feel happy when I leave the store. It's like a total opposite experience compared to Hermes, and I can really recommend them :)

I am so sorry I can’t remember! But from my memory it was 30 days for a exchange or return (for store credit not for a refund)
