Concrete proportions is different from CHB. The proportions for cement, sand, and gravel for concrete mixes are shown on 1:45. For concrete hollow blocks, only cement and sand are used and computation will still be the same. If you plan to create CHB from 1 bag of cement, you needed to add 7 cubic feet of sand. The number of CHB produced depends on the thickness. I hope this clarifies concrete proportions from CHB.
