the problem is mostly within children of villages in Punjab their farmer fathers give them everything like iphone, jeep to roam around freely and do nothing this is the reason
7,7,7,8 in IELTS must be compulsory for PR for those who spent four years in Canadian system . If someone is unable to achieve it this implies he produced a fake IELTS certificate when got a student visa for Canada . Change PR policy

The problem is education system and moreover in India we dont get environment to speak or listen English, the child even when he cant read or write can communicate in his mother tongue, they learn from listening and speaking, same go with english,even a Canadian who has no high school education can speak and understand English cuz that's the only language he is listening and speaking ,
Prof. missed a critical point that either you acquire a language or learn it and for that you need certain level of intelligence. Just like everyone is not good in mathematics so same is applicable to English. When Prof. talks about mediocrity he should also mention that all of universities in Punjab including GNDU, where he taught, are mediocre. What ranking GNDU holds globally? Mediocre university with mediocre professors will churn out mediocre graduates.
They don't gel up with other communities. Staying in our own community is the main reason as everyone speaks Punjabi and thus we don't get the proper environment to improve our communication skills.
