I'm jn Australia and recently purchased the stand which I'm happy with. The only problem I've had acouple of times has been my own fault. I attached the bag and forgot to press the clip to close at bottom of bag. It would be good of there was a suitable enough tray to place under the stand to catch urine when valve is no closed, or some other sort of accident. I've been putting thick towel underneath it but looking for a suitable plastic dish.
I’ve just got this from Amazon UK - think it was the last one. It’s better than other stands that I tried in the last 20 years. I bought it mainly for the plastic privacy shield for when carers are assisting. I like the fact you don’t need to open this each time as there is plenty of gap to lift the bag through. I’d redesign is the bed hook. It’s too narrow and fits too neatly on my hospital bed. It’s too narrow to fit on my wheelchair arm rest which is a nuisance if you want to carry it during the night on your wheelchair and end up having to rest it on your lap which is awkward. I’d also add the the hooks for hanging the bag could be stronger (The Bard one has better hooks). Nevertheless, I’m hoping this will last me many years.

I have this stand and I agree with a previous comment. Plastic is no good. I cannot clip it on my bed
