“So tactical, so late” and Murph dying is the best moment of D20 in a while. A glorious moment
This season started with “So Tactical So Late” and ended with “Blimey” I absolutely adore this season XDDDD
the way brennan says "Duggan McCain- dies." fucking KILLED me when i first watched the episode
Fabian just stabbing the body and Brennan miming it had me crying actual tears

I felt this hard, but in regards to a previous game where it felt like the dm always had it out for us and would shrug whenever we'd question his OP homebrew bullshit
The way it starts off with “would you be interested in healing us” is on brand so much 😂

The sympathetic pain in Brennan's voice with the, "Did...did you add bless???" Like, he doesn't WANT them to fail, but oh my goodness, Fabian just wasn't rolling well this fight 😭

"the beans are due !" has to be my favorite murph line ever if not all of d20. idk what it is abt that line but it sends me to the stratosphere every time i hear it
emily looked so excited when murph was about to roll the beans, she was SO on board with whatever he was about to do

I know Brennan's trying to be a good wholesome ally for the kids, but "love is love" is the absolute funniest joke ever made in Fantasy High and it should be canon

Nothing felt more like a "We're fucking back, boys" moment than 2:48. I was losing my goddamn mind making dinner hearing the nat 1 sound and watching the camera zoom into Lou while he was experiencing the stunned condition in real life.
Yeah the first time was like "Wow that's unlucky." The second time was like "OH NO THAT'S UNLUCKY" and yet also very much gave cafeteria table energy from their very first combat ever

We need the story behind these guys. They deserve to be known by someone they meet in the future.

he gave them the false safety of thinking they could say night yorb, then they said it and these guys popped out
i think the bit where ally is just squaring up to murph like "bRO if you wanna HELP" is so under-appreciated. it was one of the many moments i had to pause because i was laughing too hard

To be fair, why waste a 3rd level slot healing when you could be casting Fireball?

When I think about it this is maybe one of the most fun and wild D20 episodes I've ever seen.
You would think from the boys night he would have learned and then the first turn he flirted with disaster and made the dex save but nope he's a teenager
emily's laugh @ 1:39 is so contagious

This season has been so much fun so far, some of the best bits of the series happened in this season.
This may be my favourite season for Murph as well, tied with Barry Nyne. I really like how he’s playing Riz as a junior who is still sort of dorky and weird, but is also just so nice and popular that he isn’t just some nobody fake detective like in the freshman year.
He’s also had some of the greatest Murph Rolls™ in D20 history, and of course, he honours the cock like no one else.
