I would like to have a fillable form that instead of asking questions, I want users to provide input. Such as having a section for collecting information about peer recognition. Who should be recognized, who is recognizing this person, what did they do. This way, we could track all the recognitions in Teams. It would be nice to have this in a table as their may be multiple recognitions in a day.

Question Please. I have tried researching the below problem on the internet and hence came across and watched your videos. Is Microsoft Forms available to all flavours of Microsoft Teams (paid vs unpaid)? The reason I ask is that I cannot get the "Forms" app to display in anyway when using Teams and selecting App in the way shown in this video. Nor by selecting and searching for it in Apps at the bottom left of the Team windows. I have a Microsoft 365 Family account, I can see teams in there as a product, can use (play) with it, can copy a link, but no option to "install" it into Teams. Apart from it being native to teams, are there other things that need to be done?

There are multiple sessions of the same meeting, so each meeting willhave different participants. How can I share the quizzes without the participant group being a pre-populated team? Thank you!

The form and quiz look nearly identical, and often have the same format, so it is really easy to think you are making a Quiz when in fact you are making a Form. There is no default color change or text at top of template that lets you know you what you are creating. It should be an easy matter to change a form into a quiz. I spent nearly an hour creating what I thought was a Quiz but it turned out to be just a Form. I thought, "Well no big deal I will just copy it into the quiz template." But it looks like that is not an option. Giving Forms the option to change from Form to Quiz would make this app much more user friendly. If that is not possible then Microsoft should at least change the default color scheme or add text to top of page alerting user of what type of doc they are working on. Form Or Quiz.

Salam, I ve 2 questions, first when I post the quiz link my students can submit their answer several time how can I set it for only once??? Second, if I add my students as guests then adding a quiz from assignment tab choosing a quiz fom exiting one they can't open it and give them an error message will you please make it clear

How can I share these Forms with the group of facilitators (all in a Team) so they can all see the results please? Adding the Forms 'tab' in the General channel only allowed me to include one of my forms, not all of them. When I'm in Forms, I moved all of them to the MS Teams Group but I'm not convinced they can see them. One of them couldn't seem to find them. (All working in different locations does not help.) There are various ways people could record your screen. They could use built-in feature (Which will alert you) or use screen recorders, and then you wouldn't even be aware of being recorded.

Any form creator should technically do the trick. Maybe Google Forms or the built into teams forms?

Go to settings in there
And edit the response number
When I add a form, it does not give me the option to use an existing form. I have to create a new one in teams. What am I doing wrong?
