Really like Stephanie, big problem though, they don't have any outside of manufacturing company studies, refer to "Physionics" RUclips to back up claims. From what I gather the only studies have been done by the manufacturer and specifically the studies don't show much benefit to justify the cost of the product. Refer to recent "Physionics" video critiquing this product

That's a pity, as she is speaking science. Problem never was the science within the WHO, but their stinking heads.
In Germany we had a FOIA revealing protocols of the RKI (an Institution similar to CDC). Those showed that during the pandemic they internally dicussed the true science (i.e. what "conspriracy theorists" were saying at the time), but decided to not publish that insight as it would contradict what the minister advised, or would lead to vaccination hesitancy....
Anyhow let's also not overrate science, because tomorrow they may discover that too much C15 has negative effects?!

Butter is the #1 food containing C-15 by far: 850 mg per 100mg of product. Ruminant meats at about half of that.
Since there's no official daily value set, that's plenty of C-15 that you can get from a Keto or Carnivore diet.
Meat and saturated fats, contrary to what smiley government girl here tried to sell you, are always best for you. They have none of the adverse effects she only alludes to. Zero evidence or science on her part. She said nothing about eliminating poisonous carbohydrates. Some scientist she is.

Does anyone ask how they make this C15 in the lab? It sounds so innocuous by using plant based C14 as the starting point right? Asking chatGPT I get potentially a dozen chemicals used including hydrochloric & sulfuric acid, potassium permanganate, chromic acid and formaldehyde.

Don't worry about the "vegan-friendly" claim. It just means that the compound has been extracted from a plant source. It's much cheaper to extract compounds out of some material that contains them than synthetizing them from scratch. Chemical synthesis is time-consuming and expensive so they only synthetize stuff that they intent to manufacture and sell on a large industrial scale, like some sweeteners that are used almost everywhere. The C15 capsules are sold to a niche audience. This is not to say I endorse the product. I'm sceptical of the benefits of C15 itself and wouldn't be surprised if similar correlations with good health outcomes could be seen with all of the fatty acids that are found in healthy animal fats, simply pointing to the importance of fat in the diet.

17-18 ; about iron in Pancreas and insuline resistance ; there is confusion here. 1) iron in beta cell = could limit the insuline production and their reaction to blood glucose. 2) the insuline resistance doesn't comme from the beta cells, it is a cellular reaction to chronic high glucose and high insuline. The link between the 2 must be due to the cell membrane ( oxydatif stress is more toxic on the membrane if C15 and C17 are to low) and the insuline and glucose receptor need a fuctional membrane

"Currently, there's no direct evidence of specific gut bacteria that promote the production of pentadecanoic acid (C15:0), an odd-chain saturated fatty acid considered essential due to its benefits for cardiometabolic and immune health. Since humans cannot synthesize C15:0 efficiently, its primary source remains dietary intake, particularly from foods like dairy and ruminant meat. Studies have highlighted the benefits of C15:0 for cell membrane stability, inflammation reduction, and metabolic health, but no specific bacteria in the gut microbiome have been definitively linked to increasing C15:0 production."

It is not that simple. There is no need to reduce dietary iron. Just avoid 'enriched' processed foods that have been added iron filings that our body cannot actually use. It builds up and gets stored in the liver. Especially in people who grew up eating a lot of cereal, pasta, bread, etc. that were 'fortified'.
