Merle's last episode was called "This Sorrowful Life". I remember visiting this spot and the motel where he tried Michonne up in the episode. Senoia is a beautiful town. The coffee and the gift shop and museum is where the Governor's apartment was. Seen the house where Carl sat on the roof and ate pudding. I took a picture with my kids in front of Rick's house seen Morgan's place too. Watching the video really took me back to my adventures there.
Yes! I’ve got more house stops coming in Part 2. There’s at least 3-4 houses on Pylant St alone, including Carl’s pudding house you mentioned. Actually, I think that’s my channel cover photo when you tap into the channel itself. When I was referring to Merle’s scene, it was more about recalling the title of his last moment I had seen be thrown around online. I knew the episode was titled something completely different. I still remember waiting for the 1st episode to air. I was hyped. Then when it finally showed i was not dissapointed. I cant believe that was around 14 years ago.
I've been to well over 100 filming locations over the years. I've been visiting from Ohio once or twice a year for the last 10 years. The prison was on studio property. It has been dismantled and converted to the Sanctuary, and more recently the Commonwealth. Hershell's farm is very private and is near Hilltop, which is also studio property. Haralson is a cool town with the General Store where Michonne went to get meds for Andrea when she was sick. The Steel barn where Rick and the Governor met was right across from it. The area where Daryl found Merle as a walker was fenced in for the filming production you came across. I'm glad you went to Bicycle Girl Park. Most fans go to Rick's House and Morgan's House and don't realize how close they are to the park. It's such an iconic scene that shows that the story is about people and their humanity, not zombies. The webisodes are also not talked about enough. You need to check out the hospital where Rick woke up before it's torn down. They've already started demolishing it. It will be missed. If you need help identifying any spots, angles, etc...let me know! Stranger Things locations are pretty close to there also! Happy travels! 😊

That show had a great run up until like season 6/7. I was a HUGE fan and traveled from Ohio to Atlanta numerous times to see the locations and meet the cast. One day I’ll get back down there and see them again. Awesome video!
Absolutely agree. I LOVED this show from the beginning until maybe season 7/8. Sunday nights were events at my house. It was definitely an era that is long gone. I think Season 7 was the real start of the decline. Unfortunately Negan and the Saviors never translated well from page to screen, in my opinion.
