There's quite alot that works really well. Mario kart was a bit laggy but than again you can also play that probably alot better like the 3ds console into this system. I'm still surprised 🔥

Super Monkey Ball is played with the Wii motion controls. Not all Wii games support the pro controller. So my guess is only games that support the pro controller can be played on this.Wii Sports might be motion control only as well. But the majority should play. Light gun games might not work either.
I really love the 405M, such a beautiful device and packs a punch! I think must players experience the sticking A button while holding B (can be any combination of buttons really) - if experiencing it, you should definitely apply a small amount of powered graphite lubricant! I did it to all my buttons, and boy, what a difference! They feel so smooth now 😊

It seems like you don't know how to remap your games? If you'd set up Animal Crossing with an emulated wiimote+nunchuck it would absolutely have been better to control. Jungle Beat would probably work with emulated wiimote shakes. Pretty much any game that doesn't use the classic controller will have to be remapped.
Did you find yourself able to enjoy most of these? I have avoided Wii since I got my 405m because I figured it pointless with all the games that normally use the very unique Wii controls, but your video has me thinking that a lot of them are mapped well to the 405m's buttons. I'd like to be able to finally play some classics I never have--Mario Galaxy, Skyward Sword etc.--but wonder if it's actually comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks!@@bigretrostudio
@tonyblauveldt4535 emulating wii on this was not really the best experience, in my opinion. A few games would be ok, but in general, I wouldn't take the trouble playing wii on this.

I'm using Dolphin [MMJR2] - Version 2.0-16805. Settings: General: All default Graphics: Video backend - Vulkan Shader compilation mode-skip drawing Turn on compile shader before starting Rest default Interface: Screen orientation during emulation- auto Rest default I had to change the controllers according to the game I played too. Hope it helps 🙏
The issue is the plastic buttons rubbing against the metal body. This is EASILY rectified with graphite powered lubricant. Apply it to ALL buttons, they work buttery smooth. No more two button sticks!

Wii on this is not the best without motion controls

New super Mario bros will be laggy unless you install gamma os. You gave to go into the settings and remove the touch screen options.

Did you get the version with the loaded sd card? I did not and I’m having trouble formatting mine.
These games were not there on the SD card, but yes, it was loaded with a lot of other games from other systems and a few wii, 3ds, and ps2 games.
i seems ok for the wii, i was hoping for better but i guess we're not there yet (in august 2023). everything else looks great about it
I downloaded pokepark 1 and 2 but they lag alot i'm so mad D: Those are the only wii games i wanted on that console.

You have to buy the games and use a computer to rip them like everyone else does.

Only some Wii games are perfect to play on this, but other games that need nunchuks and remote are too hard to play.
