Nappy i am so excited about this video..my fellow Jamaican helping Ghanaians to be perfect in their skill..Jamaicans love perfection and we are hard working ppl... i wish the govt of Ghana will bring in skilled ppl from Jamaica to train Ghanaians.. we build houses with blocks and cement in Jamaica ..our carpenters are detail oriented.. we love perfection.
It is such a shame, that one has to leave your country, to go overseas to establish one self. We need young men in Jamaica to start establishing themselves in a positive way. Bless up to the brother.
There are many Jamaicans now choosing to live in Africa. (Ghana. Gambia, Zimbabwe, Ethiopia etc.) Sadly, many who left JA decades ago are concerned about safety for returnees and choosing to go to other countries. Some simply want to return to the land of their Ancestors.
@@ValTyalin Returnees to Jamaica are only at risk if they have criminals in their extended family! They are at more risk in countries where crime is swept under the carpet!
Thank you so much my Jamaican brother. We need skills transfer, not these other RUclips, social media talkers... coming to Africa and just talking to be paid by RUclips.
Nuff respect Nappie bringing us another informative and fantastic video in regards to construction. Mr Rodney sharing is skills and knowledge, and experience to young generations. Also what would also benefit younger generation want work in construction having training school which would allow them understand advantage construction tools for working. Working smarter not harder. 👏👍🆙🆙🙌🙌🌐💯💯👀👀😀
It's so sad that he did not have the urge to teach the young men in Jamaica. Prime minister Holness said he was looking for skilled people to come to Jamaica because he COULD NOT FIND skilled people in Jamaica.
Please pass on this message to the interviewee. Many Jamaican workers build houses just like the Ghanaians that is probably the reason why the Prime Minister said there are few skilled workers because the workers take a long time when they don't have tools.
You can't be serious with that comment perhaps you have been under a rock. Do you not see how they are killing murdering Robin and stealing returnee Jamaicans. Why would anyone in their right mind including myself and others like Mr Rodney return to a place where they don't welcome us but we have to be in fear for our lives after spending so many years giving our blood sweat and tears to someone else's country we're not welcoming hours because our life will be targeted so go someplace that's peaceful and that's Ghana You're not going to be missing anything from Jamaica The landscape is there the agriculture is there The language is there so many similarities. If they want return in Jamaicans to come back to Jamaica they need to fix that place and it's going to take generations to weed out all the violence and crime and corruption that has been submerged and embedded in the country. #not going back
When Andrew WUTLES, Chang and all those coral politicians decide to clean up the island lucky promise in his speeches then maybe he may see some return in Jamaicans until now Will take our talents our skills and our finances to other countries where we'll be safe welcome and appreciated
There’re some kind of jobs that can be done easier and faster with the help of machine so why then do it manually! Go back and watch the video again! You will know some jobs are also made to be done manually and machines can’t do it!
You. Am still employ people and teach them new skills like machine operation, why would you want to pend 5 hours when you can do it in 2. Not to mention the wear and tear on the body from excessive manual labor. Work smarter not harder.
Too inefficient to do everything manually. That's why machines were invented. But you're right. In the West people's jobs are being replaced by machines and computers and that's a problem. Have to find a balance that serves humanity, not just a few rich humans.
@@benjaminsmith2287 I look at like machines taking jobs away from the people, a lot of people are ready to dig the foundation manual and provide for their families.
