- US President Joe Biden has been slammed for comments he reportedly made to some families of those servicemembers who were killed in the deadly Afghanistan withdrawal.
Fox News contributor Joe Concha says Mr Biden allegedly likened the circumstances of the death of his son Beau to those who were killed in the withdrawal.
“It’s sickening to hear,” Mr Concha said.
He’s disgusting beyond words!

I seem to remember Biden looking at his watch as the caskets were taken off the plane. Totally heartless.

I remember clearly the day of the ceremony when Biden looked at his watch each time a fallen Marine was taken from the plane after the terrible Afghanistan withdrawal. Just abhorrent.

If I was one of the family members who spoke before the committee I wouldn’t mince words when it came to Joe Biden. I would preface my statement by saying “I have every respect for the office of the President of the United States”. His comments and actions were unbelievably inappropriate, like the comment the Gold Star mother was saying about his son Beau. He also went to shake the hand of a Staff Sgt in the hospital (in the States) who survived the suicide bombing attack, then realized that he had no arm. Each parent had their story to tell. I listened in the entirely to their comments from independent radio, as other than FOX News, no other station of the MSM even mentioned their opportunity to speak.
