    nice curing chamber! would love to see the process where you weigh the meats. i was thinking of using a luggage weight scale with hook that you can hang the meats on without removing them from the chamber... would that work you think?

      As long as your scale can measure in small increments like grams it should work

      @@gourmetwoodsman luggage scales measure upto 1 decimal so it wouldn't be considered completely accurate, but would give a great ballpark accuracy without having to remove the meat from the chamber....

    Love your videos. I am new to this incredibly fun world. My chamber I just built from a drink fridge really expels water once condenser comes on as running g 80%. Do you think changing out the fan like you did can help reduce this.

      I can't say for sure but I don't think a smaller fan will fix that
