Zaab Zaab, Michelin Isan Food in NYC, a Unique Blend of Thai and Laos

Zaab Zaab is one of the few places in New York City that serves authentic Isan food which is a peculiar branch of Thai food from the region of Isan located in Northern Thailand bordering Laos. its unique character blending Thai and Laos with the abundant usage of fish sauce, chili and fresh herbs presents a unique experience that I should surely explore.
Food I had
Tom Hang (beef tripe, liver and spleen)
Neur Yang (crying tiger steak)
Koy Neur (raw marinated beef tartar)
Larb Ped Udon (roasted duck breast, fried liver with charred galangal, and crispy duck skin)
Pla Takrai (fried tilapia with roasted rice crust, topped with fried lemon grass and lime leaves)
