I get that he was mean, but she knew the guy dropped the ticket. She should have gave it to him. Also, the store owner knew the guy bought that ticket. I get the idea of karma, but there was collusion between the now husband and wife.

He waited far too long for that. The store wouldn't even have security footage of it anymore. If it was right when the numbers were announced he coulda filed a police report and they'd go to the store and check the camera footage. But seeing her a year later? lol he would have no case

Technically it's illegal for him to let someone be in his store with an open container if he doesn't have a liquor license (like the type required to sell alcohol in a restaurant not the type that lets you sell closed containers)
