I love watching your channel! I’m one of the few people that doesn’t have a Cricut or Sizzix or any kind of “cutting machine” but I LOVE CARD MAKING ~ your videos allow me to make easy, beautiful cards using what I have and I really appreciate your tutorials! Thank you! You are so talented!!
Wow Natasha! You really know how to use what you have! I honestly didn’t know where this was going at first but you never disappoint. Both those tags looked amazing and that finished card….. stunning! ❤ I really need to not be scared of mixed media 😉 I’d love to see what you do with the blue tag. Well done as always! 😃💖
Gorgeous card 🥰! I can’t wait to try with some leftover tissue paper from an acetate sheet cover that I thought would come in handy at some point and that time is now… yay! Thank you Natasha! This type of idea will make a beautiful page in my art journal. Thanks for sharing!
Wowee! Looking for a fun session of creativity and you hit the nail right on the head again. Somehow I will work in my new Lavinia stamps to this mix. You’re so inspiring.
Fantastic creativity! I love being able to use what I have & not be told “you really need to have THIS in your stash” because this can be a costly hobby & I like being shown different inks or watercolours as alternatives. The rub ons are from 49 and Market, Vintage Bits collection, essential text blends; pewter.
With all the work and products put into this, I would have made some kinds of wall art. Naturally the recipient of such a card will be delighted to receive it, but eventually it could end up hidden away in a box or worse. I would definitely use this kind of technique for artwork. It’s stunning 🤩
Love the texture of the background and the finished product is beautiful. My husband has learned over the years to ask me if I want any packing material before he puts it in recycling. Nine times out of ten I do and I have a drawer full of paper. I agree...there is something about the kraft color that is earthy and appealing.
I use the top layer of napkins in my cardmaking but have never used the other layers. This is a great idea and I will be trying this technique in the future. Thank you so much. Love your videos!
Stunning cards!!! Wow! I love this technique to create texture, so fun! I can't wait to try this! You have so many wonderful tips and ideas! Thank you so much for sharing 💖 Have a beautiful day.
I initially looked at the title of todays video, and thought, nah, this isn’t something I would like. Thought about it through the day and decided to watch it after dinner. So glad I did, how good do the tags look. Thanks Natasha for getting me out of my comfort zone ❤
I have to admit: at the start, with that flowery napkin, I was thinking "this one's not my cup of tea" but by the end I really liked it! You're drawn to blues; I love the yellows. 💛 I'd do more splatters if I could keep them confined to the paper. Even using a splatter box, the paint seems to get everywhere! Once I even ended up with gold watercolors on the curtains! 😬
I just covered some panels with tissue and modge podge! Wanted to add watercolor paints for a background . So this was great timing! Thank you! Gorgeous tag!!
As always another great card-I will say you surprised me tho, thought you were going to use the pretty part of that napkin! I never thought to use that mat medium glue as the glue to hold it down, I have always used Modge Podge!
I love this process in paints as you have done and just using different pieces card stock from same paper pack. When I'm done I usually love it... but I'm afraid the person I am sending it to is going to say," what is this? " Should I be afraid of such things? How would I ask them if they enjoyed the card or not?
Just wondering......and would like to see..... What if you took a solid colored napkin say blue color and scrunched it u and put it on a piece of card stock and just made a plain textured background for the card. It would have texture without being colored and then put your flower of whatever on top of that?
I do take a napkin from party's and make a thank you card out of it for the hostess. Love your card's. Hugs from California USA
What a sweet, thoughtful idea! 😊

This reminds me of Mod Podge! Do you have that in New Zealand?
Yes we do have Modge Podge here in NZ. I'm in the South Island same as Natasha
