Wow!! Mr. Washington words cannot express the volume of inspiration I experienced during this interview. To hear speak you of serving others and the love of giving I believe is the part of success in life and part of being a man. As a father of 3 serving and giving is the very thing is strive to do in some way. As a high school teacher if my students never learn the lesson taught I pray I will give them some encouragement or inspiration to be better human beings. This brotha is a tortured soul I can tell Denzel been fighting his own demons . I’m jus finding out he struggles with drinking and I can relate I hope he comes out on the other side and tell his story cuz I know it would inspire many . But he’s jus a man living in this world
Likewise! I never imagined he was struggling with alcohol addiction. He says he's been sober for 10 years now, but the alcohol took a toll on his body. I would love to know his story. I can see his pain now when he speaks. It's always the ones breaking barriers who have to carry that weight and suffer the scars. Denzel made it look effortless and easy. I should have suspected it wasn't because it never is.❤️🩹
