Yo DTang, thanks for struggling. Helps my league confidence. Also I bowled my first 300 last week, on the front 8 and told my opponents that if I locked up the 3 that they'd have to sub to you. Boom 5 more closer to the goal.

You're going to love it it's a really good ball. One of the best pearl asyms I've thrown in a long time. I can play straighter, or swing the entire lane with it, and ironically this is my first Black Widow ever.

I have the Fate as well. It did the exact same to me. Shot was there and was gone within 7 frames. Got very tight down lane. I'm thinking of just hitting it with 2000 to get the shine off of it to smooth out the motion. When it hits though...it hits like a truck.

Just crazy how quick these lanes broke down, being a pro bowler doesn't seem to provide a true advantage on league lanes.
i LOVE watching your content. I get dejected sometimes seeing how good you and lance are. but i realized after watching this video everyone is human and it made me feel better about some of my games (seriously, no disrespect). I just got back into bowling after watching your videos and bought myself my first ball, a used ball (what i could afford), had it fit and filled and drilled - landed on the true nirvana from a couple years ago, and i bowled my highest in league ever - 184. Alot of my progression has came from watching your videos. I'm a visual learner. Please keep doing you. I'll always watch. Thank you for your content.

I can definetly understand Darrens point here. Problem is the old "OVERQUALIFIED for this JOB" Problem. Got used to playing up in the rafters in competitions that were designed to be tough from the outset. Going up against others with well honed abilities as sharp as his. League House shots to him is like asking a Marlin to go swimming in a river. Possible, yes. But most certainly NOT his element. He needs to find a center that runs a SPORT SHOT League. For those with the skills that want to polish them up. Not go flopping around in some pond. More Centers across the US need to run them more often...Make the game more of a challenge.

Everyone gotta start somewhere. People bowl league for a number of reasons. Your not just going to pick up s ball and start tournaments. You gotta go through the league process. Its fun, its comradery, its competitive, sportsmanship, its many different things. And teaches you many different things as well, just like any other sport. And it takes years of bowling and practice.
And if you can become one of the best in your house League, (which anyone who Bowls on Leagues knows is no easy feat) your that much closer to Tournaments and sport shot competitions.
Imma be real with ya darren.. You looked like you were really throwin the ball too hard versus softening it up too much on the 4s/3-6-10s.
Absolutely no reason for 400plus rev rates to be throwing aggressive shit on league shots.
Throw a storm surge with 2k-3k surface, and a storm nova with polish!!! You'll kill league with it.
