There's a few important things I'd like to mention here and hopefully this will get pinned: - You'll want to equip the Flamebreaker set after upgrading all the pieces to level 2. The set bonus will make you fireproof and prevent you from taking damage while duping. - For people on versions 1.0.0-1.1.2, you can use fuse entanglement (FE) to stick desync clip (SDC) instead of using fuse storage fuse entanglement (FSFE). Using FE will save you time from practicing FSFE and allow you to be able to perform SDC much sooner. - I'm not sure if this was either mistakenly edited out, purposefully edited out or simply not known and mentioned (although the last one does not seem very likely), but if you open the inventory to duplicate more materials to cook directly after picking up the materials you just cooked, this will open the inventory on the meals tab, breaking the glitch. To work around this, instead of preparing to throw a zonai capsule, use a different material that doesn't burst when thrown and doesn't get cooked by fire (so something like a monster horn) and throw that material and pick it up before opening the inventory to dupe more materials. Now I have a small theory that this tidbit of information was left out due to not being a problem in the first place somehow and possible version related, despite my tests from 4 months ago. I'll be doing some testing with some others and update this comment when I get conclusive results. - Where Yang goes over unculling link for versions prior to 1.2.0 (at 7:02) and says 1.0.0-1.1.1, include 1.1.2 as that's how you uncull link on 1.1.2 too. - While this bit is less important, I thought I'd still mention it. If you aim to get 999 Roasted Mighty Bananas or just a large amount of them, you can just buy all 99 Roasted Mighty Bananas from one of the "Travellers" on the Great Plateau (Object Map link: objmap-totk.zeldamods.org/#/map/z2,0,0,Surface?q=0x322f6efea8526811 ), advance time past midnight via bed or campfire and force a blood moon to happen. The opal ( ruclips.net/video/cBolBE0792k/видео.html ) or shock ( ruclips.net/video/WU01EY3dGc8/видео.html ) method both work for versions 1.1.0-1.2.1. Rinse and repeat and you'll have 999 Roasted Mighty Bananas in no time. If rupees are ever an issue for you, I suggest watching this guide on Vendor Scam ( ruclips.net/video/mHC8BJpDxGE/видео.html ). - If you're on versions 1.0.0-1.1.2, Autobuild Duplication (ABD) is still available to you and you can use that to duplicate icy/frozen meat/seafood. If you're on versions 1.2.0-1.2.1, best alternative for you is to go to Talonto Peak Cave, hop on Mineru, walk into the cold water while still on Mineru, pause, hold 5 of what you want to freeze, unpause, repeat the last three steps three more times and let the meat/seafood freeze. It would be interesting for when I find out why doing BID amongst campfires didn't work for me 4 months ago, but I'm in no hurry and I doubt anyone else is itching to know.
Just wanted to share a tip for improving the duplication glitch that is at the heart of this. I know you may not need the tips, but just wanted to give back and also know that commenting on your videos helps with views too, so if nothing else here's a comment that may help one way or another. Do up to the part where you drop into the water. Turn and swim into the waterfall. You'll know you found the right one because it will look like you hit lava. This is much faster than running out of stamina. Next, don't bother with the second control stick. Instead just pick-up the weapon and fuse the one control stick to your shield. Drop the weapon-control stick in the house by the dog. Open the door and drop the apple to hold the door open. Walk out to the dog until you get Link culled. Hold an egg, watch a movie, and when you exit the egg should drop most of the time. If it doesn't drop, just unhold / hold and watch the movie one more time. I've never had to do this more than once and usually it just works the first time. The key is holding the egg AFTER Link gets culled and not before. If the egg doesn't break (rare but it can happen, just drop the shield and pickup the egg and the shield again. Easy to get out of Cull and back into it to drop the egg again. This is a much better place to duplicate from. Things don't fly as far. This is a better place to drop a few camp fires too.
