It is mans sin that leads to judgement. Man can’t destroy the earth. In order to have love, we were created with choice. We have a self will problem. We kill babies, we have sex without commitment, we lie and don’t call it that. For me I need an accountability friend who I allow to question my motives on everything I do. When he sees sin in me I strongly consider it. Often he is right, then I find ways to correct myself. Also I believe God is alive in Jesus and will help me if my motives are right. In the time of great individual sin God might not rescue our country, we may have to experience the judgement of our selfishness.
