Thanks so much! I have used this recipe as a base for mine. In fact, I’ve used it for a base for my mango/pineapple salsa. Thanks also for your sweet spicy corn recipe, I just used it for a southwest corn salsa. I appreciate it! God bless you!
Hi! This looks delicious. I’ve been looking for a peach salsa recipe using tomatoes along with the peaches. Can I ask where you found the recipe? Also, how many quarts or pints does the original recipe fill?
Hi there, how many times did you double this? I made this last year by=ut can't remember if I doubled the recipe or you already have it for a large batch with the 9 cups of peaches. Thx
I can't wait to try this recipe with the leftover peaches from our tree. I wonder if it would be possible to replace the Roma-type tomatoes you used with cherry tomatoes since we're swimming in them here. I could half them but probably not peel them so that might be a no. Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge!
I just made this so delicious! I canned it and I just realized I forgot the tomato paste 😮 it has a line where the juice is separated I’m curious if I did something wrong or then ingredient
I just canned 20 pints of peach salsa using your recipe! Yum! Thankyou! Question... do you let your jars sit in the canner for a while after canning in order to prevent siphoning?
I have not, but it would make a great substitute! I make my salsas with ingredients that we grow on our homestead. If we had pineapple i would definitely use it!
i thought the vinegar was needed for the canning process that makes a lot of sense. thank you for clarifying. ill just stick to lemon juice when making it fresh to eat right awway. @@lulishomestead6767
Love the recipe but you stated 1 cup of vinegar for a regular batch. However, I think it should have been 1/2 cup of vinegar for a regular batch. It's good but the vinegar is overpowering.
May I suggest writing the ingredients in the description? It would save a lot of time for your viewers. Trying this now! Very excited!
Thank you for the suggestion. I often do list the ingredients below. I think I just forgot to do it for this one. Sorry.
This recipe looks fantastic! Can’t wait to make it! Thank you
Hope you enjoy

Sounds great!
Thank you looks fantastic!just made it and oh gosh that’s delicious!!!

Looks wonderful I’m definitely gonna try making it this year. I just need to get a chopper like you have to make the chopping process faster
Thank you! Yes, this little gadget has saved me so much time!

This is my recipe. I never make just one batch therefore not sure how much it will make .
I love this! I just picked up a 20 lb box of peaches and this is the first thing I’m going to try my hand at for canning. :)
Nice! Best wishes
Sounds really good!!! I want To try it!!!
Best wishes!

I often triple my recipes. What ever I said is usually just one batch

You absolutely can use cherry, just so much work and may produce lots of juice, makes a runny salsa
@@lulishomestead6767You’re right! I did it and it turned out runny like a sauce but still delicious ;)

Yum, peach salsa is sooooo good!
Thank you! It's my family's favorite!
EXCELLENT! Should the peaches be ripe or unripe?
I like ripe
Hi Luli, this is my favorite salsa recipe and I want to use pineapple this year instead of peaches. Is that safe do you think? Thx!!!
I just canned 20 pints of peach salsa using your recipe! Yum! Thankyou!
Question... do you let your jars sit in the canner for a while after canning in order to prevent siphoning?
The most i keep them 5 min after timer goes off. I usually have another batch waiting
Hi! 👋 thank you for your recipe. What type of vinegar do you use? I work at a peach shed, just started canning and am very excited to try your recipe!
I like to use white 5% vinegar and organic apple cider vinegar
Do you remove the seeds from the tomatoes?
In this recipe do not, however all my other tomato sauces are without seeds or skins
How many times did you have to double the batch to get the amount that you're making?
My peaches are almost ready for harvest. I will be making more peach salsa in the next few days. I will let you know.
Loved your videos
Thanks
Hi! Have made with mango instead? Would you suggest?!
Mango would be wonderful!
Have you ever substituted pineapple for the peaches?
I have not, but it would make a great substitute! I make my salsas with ingredients that we grow on our homestead. If we had pineapple i would definitely use it!
Saving this as reference
🙂
i am trying this today!
😊
Will the vinegar make the peaches sour??? I'm sorry I'm new!
no worries, good questions. vinegar is required for canning safety. But most of all it will add the proper amount of savory taste to this salsa.

good motto!
Thanks! Lessons of quarantine is to be prepared 😉, right?
What is the size stock pot you use?
I have a few. The one I like to use is 15 quart
I didn't have access to cost effective peaches -- could canned peaches be used?
Hi, I think so, however, most canned peaches are very sweet, therefore it would be a totally different recipe. I haven't tried canned peaches.
I made this and it's delicious! Can the same recipe be used with mangoes instead of peaches?
Absolutely! Best wishes!
@@lulishomestead6767 Thank you. Best wishes.
Thanks

😥, just decrease the amount for your taste
I’m not a fan of squirrel or chipmunk! They took all my strawberries, chased them birds off the bird feeder…
Ty for the recipie
😥 they ate ALL of my peaches this year
What about tomatoes? Blanched?
I used to blanche tomatoes if making a small batch, however, I found that blanching isn't necessarily.
Did you blanche the peaches before you chopped them up?
Hi! The ripe ones did not need to be blanched, was very easy to peel.
Is the peach selsa hot please xx
Not at all! I would
Call it mild
