she was on house arrest as well. dad was dead & mom in jail, ran away from custodial grandpas & would go to gmas house obviously telling her all about what was happening & gma did nothing. there was no structure in her life at all.
Idk if its just me, but the fact that when that little girl was pregnant and he had said he wanted a girl, just gives me the vibes he'd do the same thing he did to her to the kid. Absolutely vile.
@@Dice-Z im not gonna lie if you don’t find it rare that’s insane. No normal human being would genuinely think “oh yea that happens no bigge” that’s what you sound like. It’s like I’m seeing a skin walker type or something.
“I didn’t know he was 40” is literally something she says in the video. She knew they were little delinquents, she didn't know they were being groomed by a 40 yr old.
So I've never shared this but when I was 15 I started "dating" a 32 year old online. He wanted me to come fly out and meet him, and my own mother gave me the money to book the flight. She was ( currently sober ) a heavily addicted person. LUCKILY when I bragged to my friend about going to see this grown man she told on me to our school counselor and got the cops involved. I was soooo mad at everyone but jesus christ I'm so grateful now that they did. Me and my mom went into therapy together after the fact, things are still rocky but we're trying.
clearly the family didn't instill the proper values if these girls are repeatedly calling up a 41 yr old dude to take them out. Lots of failures here on their part.
did you listen to the part where the young girl told the grandmother that it was just some white boy from school? youd never think a 41 year old pedophile was to blame..
A miscarriage at 12. Alcoholism and house arrest at 13. A 41yo boyfriend. No dad and a mom in prison. These young ladies don’t stand a chance. Incidentally, I know two sisters a lot like this. Their parents were friends of mine, but fell deep into substance abuse, so I did my best to look out for the girls. I’d give them money, food, or rides. I’d lecture them about skipping school or getting into trouble with the police. But in the end, I couldn’t save them. They are 18 now and have constant legal issues and severe fentanyl addictions.
The system to help these 2 children is overwhelmed. A great grandfather is trying to raise the troubled siblings. Sounds like the aunt has her own family to care for and stepped in when she could. It's a hot mess for so many juveniles. So sad for all involved.
Justin22139 You will be blessed because you tried to make a difference in these children lives. It not too late. Hopefully, as adults they will find the help they need. Again, Bless You.
Just because your circumstances doesn't mean you have to choose old bold men use you. Even at 10 I would understand that's groose. Also, I was raised with drug addicts and my family all did that and I learned I didn't want that so I never did any drugs or drink.
I am literally sick to my stomach at the level of neglect these children had. How can they think it was okay to let that predator around their children?
@@Load2DeliverLLCbro did you watch the video? The dad was not here anymore, and mom in jail. The kid was on house arrest at 12?! And history of running away etc. no structure at all
Are you serious? They didn’t know she was seeing a grown adult and a pedophile until it was too late. SURPRISE! Kids do things without their parents knowing. And HE’S not going to announce that he’s a pedophile. When she got pregnant she told her mother that it was a boy from school. And pedophiles groom kids into thinking that they are dating. They tell the kids they love them. The often threaten them that they’ll hurt them, that they’ll send their friends and families photos and videos. They tell them that their parents will blame them. THEY even blame the child saying the it’s their fault.
@@carsonhunt4642Not true. Structure was there to the extent it can be placed. Most laws prohibit the kind of structure and discipline necessary. That's not on the patents, that's on legislators and social services.
I agree to a degree, the children’s guardians could’ve done more to prevent this, but the fact that the child said he would take care of her could mean so many things. To a child, she probably meant that he could simply buy her things. Besides, MAPs are manipulators. They will groom and sweet talk their way into a child’s life and convince the child that they want something they shouldn’t have. It’s disgusting and unfortunate, but there’s also only so much guardians can do to protect their children from these monsters.
I know, and getting them medical treatment too. Why would they just accept the child saying it's another kid from school as if it's normal? This whole family is clearly fucked up.
@@fool4563 It's crazy how out of all the MANY legitimate criticisms you could have made about this family, you still managed to have such a stupid take. Teen pregnancy itself, is not a criminal matter. You don't just find out your kid is pregnant and run off to the police. It's been a problem for decades and it's why we teach sex education to kids in school.
@bensonnick169, you are damn right. I mean, WTF? Social media is a plague for children. The pervs can contact them directly. What Australia did is very smart. Banning social media for children under 16.
I feel like the only reason grandma called the cops was because she knew the cops were investigating Jeremy, and they'd soon find out how much abuse grandma was enabling.
Ok, the predator didn't "somehow borrow one of the guards phones", the guard obviously gave it to him, probably after a bribe. Maybe they should investigate that? If a guard knowingly gave a predator a phone that they used to contact their underage victim, that's beyond unacceptable. That guard should be disciplined or lose their job at the very least, or even face criminal charges. Edit: all of the responses that are weirdly giving the guard the benefit of the doubt or even assuming that he intentionally gave the phone to the prisoner to conduct some sort of half-assed investigation of his own are absurd. I hate to break it to you, but the criminal justice system in the US is sort of ridiculously corrupt.
@pamelasmith7740 that would've been an incredibly stupid tactic if he did it without permission, especially considering they had the guy dead to rights anyway.
Oof, that's a very naive statement. I've heard MANY stories of guards being paid off, it's not new or even surprising. Snoop Dog recorded an album from prison and he had to bribe guards and other prisoners to get it done. @@pamelasmith7740
I am not surprised that the girl fell victim. She doesn’t have a loving, protective family. So she went to find love and comfort somewhere else. Pedophiles usually look for vulnerable young people like her.
Actually, if you watch the video, she said she knew that the granddaughter had a boyfriend but the granddaughter told her it was some boy from school some white boy from school. She didn’t tell her at the time that it was a 41-year-old man so the grandmother actually didn’t know she thought that she was a teenager and got messed up with another teenager.

@Unpopularity the daughter is screaming for attention. Mom should focus on what is going on with her instead of calling her an idiot in front of and to strangers. Mom is deflecting being unable to provide adequate attention to all of those children. She's not a bad Mom, except for valuing her next child over the one(s) she already had. That's a societal issue
Why should the grandma be charged when she’s the one who called the cops after finding out? And they’re old enough to understand what they’re doing is wrong.
NO they're NOT "old enough to know what they're doing ia wrong"!!! A 13 year old is a CHILD!! CHILDREN CANT CONSENT!! their brains aren't developed enough to understand the grooming ans SA. Stop victim blaming!!!
all throughout this video the girls are treated like they're adults doing bad stuff and should know better. they're literally CHILDREN. the family's behavior towards treating these girls like they're just irresponsible drunk adults is disgusting. this should have been reported when the grandma found out he was an adult, but she talks about the abuse and miscarriage as if she's disgusted and disappointed in the kids instead of horrified and worried. even the way the police act is disconcerting, like they're being 'sassy' for not giving their ages. they're children that are victims of pedophilia. it's just gross how everyone acts like they're adults that are being part of the problem when they were literally groomed.
@rotworld_animations1196 that he needs information from and from the context he could see are probably victims. Like... Would he still pull the tough guy act if they were 6-10? I don't think so
There's so much wrong with your comment. They weren't being "groomed". That's only the tip of the iceberg here. You seem to have a very twisted sense of reality. Seek therapy. These girls are straight up CRIMINALS. One is/was on house arrest. No sympathy from me, they knew what they were doing. Stop treating everyone like victims.
When your family tree looks like 7:09 you hardly have a chance in life. The _great_ grandfather has custody! They are literally two generations in their family that were either deemed unfit, or were unwilling, to raise them. Edited to add: "or were unwilling"
Technically just one, Rhonda the grandmother. Not sure if deemed unfit or she didn't care to have her life uprooted. It's also not clear which parent she is the parent of but I guess the mother. All the generations look so young though. Must be all that good livin' and fresh air!
@@clarissa8477 People could be deemed unfit because of health reasons; because they live in a single bedroom apartment or on age restricted complex; or because they're out boozing every night. There's a hundred reasons so unfit is unfit/bad fit/ill fit and not necessarily a "bad" statement. The comment thread here has been edited to add "or were unwilling," and that too is a valid reason to be deemed unfit. Edited to add: makes no difference in the end. Not one of them gave a single flying "assault of a minor" until their own hides were in the police firing line.
as a former abused child- the grandmas' attitude is exactly why the grooming worked on those children in the first place. Calling victims "idiots" tells me all I need to know. I hope these children can heal, and know it was NEVER their fault. EDIT: thank y'all for the support! but to the people who are doubling down that the victims are idiots let me remind you: They are children, neglected children at that. If any of you paid attention to the video you'd hear their mother was jailed & their father is dead. Therefore they are more vulnerable to grooming because they don't get love from the people who should. So, with this context, lets ask ourselves who's the real idiot, the child r-pe victim, or the grandma calling said child r-pe victim an idiot for not "seeing it coming" or "listening to her" when her "advice" was loaded with insults- add on the fact that she knows about these children's vulnerability to grooming,, she didn't even know where the kids met this man! Maybe monitor your kids' online activity instead of blaming the victim? And of course those children would rather have their grandmother be wrong about him. I hope y'all never have daughters if you think behaving like that grandma is appropriate.
So true I can’t even bring myself to watch this video because I have seen the body cam of the traffic stop but knowing how the legal guardian was speaking about it this way just makes me so sick… I don’t need to see that
Well look at how the cop that pulled them over treated them. The attitude is institutionalized in society. Charming. I would believe this video was from 2002- same year I was sexually abused as a 15 year old. They treated victims just as well back then.

The grandma knows that she leaves in the middle of the night at 13 years old to see a boyfriend, knows she is sending inappropriate photos, but yet is seemingly doing nothing about it. Kids will unfortunately get taken advantage of if they're left to their own devices.
The grandmother doesn’t have custody. But I agree they need a lot of help. I would venture that they have past sexual trauma before this man. I know I did and it made me to susceptible to predators when I was a teenager

Who in tf is raising these kids, and where are they? Why does grandma just seem mildly upset and inconvenienced at this whole situation? This is insane.
Presumably a long line of poverty and single mothers. Grandma is fed up with her likely drug addicted kid's kids and knows there's nothing she can do at this point. This is systemic, generational neglect. Kids never had a chance.
@Saxophone_King yeah, of course. Just can't tell if she'd known all of this beforehand or just now found everything out. Just sort of seems like she's already been aware of some of this. Crazy stuff.

She's their grandma, but she's so young. Looks like teen pregnancies are common in that family. You don't hear often that great grandfather gets custody, they're usually not even alive. Girl's parent's lost custody. That whole family is clearly problematic.

@jrasicmark1 oh I definitely understand where her attitude is coming from, it's a very Southwestern way of dealing with serious problems that I know from my own family. It's also just not.....a good way of dealing with problems like this lol
I originally came from a family with major alcohol issues, not to mention major dysfunction. As a child I was removed from that family due to neglect and abuse. As an older adult who remembers very clearly what I went through as that child, and witnessing this kind of stuff over and over again over the years…. I just cannot for the life of me, understand how any judge can allow children … who’s parent/parents apparently have alcohol/drug issues, behavioral issues which results in incarceration…. And it’s apparent that the grandparent who raised the child’s parent, was obviously not a good parent themselves because their child ( the children’s parent) is incarcerated, and their ( the grandparents) behavior ( the way they act/talk/behave) is not good…. …, to be placed with that grandparent! They failed with their child/children…, and to think they can do better with the grandchildren is mind boggling. WHY? BECAUSE the thinking and ways of handling things do NOT change with these people. I get that the grandmother was upset… but the fact that she allowed these girls to get as far as they did in this situation says the grandmother hasn’t learned anything, or changed her ways in order to make sure her grand daughters weren’t going down the same road as the mother. These people do not enforce rules, they don’t set and retain boundaries. I’ve watched this time and again, and then they don’t understand why the kids get into these situations. As a child we were taught YOU DO NOT TRUST, NOR DO YOU REACH OUT TO STRANGERS.. especially men, for no reason!!! PERIOD! You don’t start a conversation, you don’t answer questions… YOU RUN THE OPPOSITE direction! Kids will simply use online services instead, making it that much harder to monitor. Banning stuff makes it all the more desirable for teens. The key is to teach them how to use it. I taught my daughter at about 10-11. At that age she was so reviled by it that that has stuck with her, and she’s got no interest in communicating with strangers online.
I used to feel the same way, but then I got to thinking, is this the government’s problem to solve? Is this their responsibility? And I struggled to answer “yes” to either question. We have a serious accountability issue in this country, and really seem to favor passing the buck. This issue is a parenting issue. Too many parents are letting their children have unfettered access to social media/internet and letting technology raise their children so they don’t have to do the work. My wife and I have a daughter (she is a teen now), and we closely monitor her online activity as well as had the uncomfortable conversations with her educating her on red flags to watch out for and when to come to an adult and when to be suspicious. We have never had an issue.
@ How? You can’t ban teens from the internet, they need it to do their school work. They will find a way around whatever controls are put in place. They always do. It’s just like with drugs. You can’t control every do everything in the world to try and keep them away, but the best protection is to teach them why they shouldn’t use them. That way, when they do encounter them, but eventually, they will, they know how to stay away.

If you watched the first 2 minutes of the video you would know exactly where the parents are dude..
@brianmylesrothstein7660 that was the grandma lol
his pants were undone in the first video of the DWI. he's an animal
They must've all had kids very young. The grandma looks old enough to be mom, and great grandma looks old enough to be grandma 😅 wtf?
@@doygazgar apple never falls far from the tree.
Hold on... Rhonda is the grandmother? Looks like teen pregnancies run in the family.
That's what made me react too. Generational curse of abuse and poverty and teen mothers..
Yeah no kidding… assuming (big assumption) shes an appropriate age, shes in her early 50’s… hopefully…
@@MunkeeMedia I agree. I was also surprised when they said great grandma too!! She was totally coherent and able to speak as well leading me to believe they’re in a constant cycle. Unfortunate circumstances.
I have a friend who became a grandmother at 34. The great-grandmother would've been 50.
I think the cycle is broken now, thank goodness.
@@cdes1776 I’m glad to hear things are looking up. It’s tough for every generation in the family whether they see it or not. I think this video clearly shows the downsides of the cycle we’re talking about.
The grandmother knowing about this relationship for a year is nuts.
And she’s SO casual about it! Like it’s the girls’ fault but she did nothing!

This whole story is Mind-boggling...36 years isnt enough

37 ??!!!!?
🟥
He will pass away in jail. He will be 77 when he gets out
7:27 They've been together for a year?!?! And she is only now reporting it? Has had multiple discussions with the girls about it? What in the living hell....
Just nothing but deplorable adults. Her fake outrage sounded completely performative.
She’s only reporting it because the kids probably text her and told her the cops pulled them over.
4:11 they need to teach police how to manage and interact empathetically with victims of abuse because seriously, how can he be so angry at teenagers in a clear creepy situation. They could be terrified, traumatized or could have been threatened if they talked
Finally someone says it !
I was thinking the same thing!
Probably because the cops are already there and they could be saved from that situation in that moment but decide to fkin be quiet instead
Tbh the kids probably thought Jeremy was innocent. They were never taught that the things Jeremy was doing was bad.
@eternalstudios4502yes, it's possible. They are still victims tho and the police should have known better
Poor kids had it rough from the beginning-mother incarcerated and no father. If only someone taught those girls what was happening was wrong and they shouldn’t be blamed for it, in what world does a literal 12yo miscarry and no one in the family investigated who did that to her :( heartbreaking
The greatgrandmother still being around enough to have custody points to either great longevity or some young pregnancies in the family tree. I’m pretty sure it’s the latter. So many stories of cycles that just keep perpetuating! All it takes is one adult to step up but it’s so often too little too late
Also am disgusted by how the officers treated the children in the truck stop, if he could clearly tell they were under 18 and being driven around by a strange drunken 41yo why treat them like perps? No wonder they weren’t willing to be truthful if you treat them like that
@@jasmines205he treated them like that because she had a bad attitude and was rude and she kept lying about her age to try to protect the pos, the officer was frustrated and I get why
@@madisonfrondell Police officers should be held to high standards of behavior especially when dealing with children.

Yeah he need to be put under the jail!!
Yep I wonder how much time he will actually do I won’t spoil it but I was happy with the #. Just so often disappointed by how much time is actually done.
🤣🤣🤣
So does grandma.
If the sexes were reversed, many men would be claiming that the situation was "every boy's dream!" I can't stand that reaction. It's terrible for any adult to do this to any minor.
What a hot take!
This is, by far, the most disturbing case I had ever heard of. This is absolutely abhorrently disgusting.
Grandma seems a little self-righteous, considering how she is kind of allowing all of this. I don't know, man.
Sounds like Grandma doesn't have custody, so there's only so much she can do.
I don’t think she is allowing it since she doesn’t have custody
So it's her fault that she doesn't have custody and looking after them and they are doing what they are? How is she supposed to do that?
She prob didnt know the "bf" was an adult
Grandma isn't raising them, her parents are, which doesn't make the situation for the little girls any better.
She said she already knew (saw) the photos before he was arrested. That infuriated me almost as much as he does.
I knew this was coming. I remember watching this video when it went viral back in 2023.
It's wild it's been that long to get the full context

She has been allowing all this...she is guilty as well!!
is there a stupidity defense for child molestation/racqueteering?
Wonder why? 🤔
Those poor girls didn't have a chance with both of their parents out of the picture and the grandmother apparently letting them do whatever they want at all hours.
@@Sarahr98998 The great grandparents have custody, but otherwise I agree.
That's what happens when you're raised by social media.. I was a problem at that age but I lived in the real world and knew enough to avoid going down the wrong paths. This is just stupidity you can tell by how stupid the mom is
@@Fernando-f2b2x The mother is in jail, the blonde woman is the grandmother, but the kids are in the custody of the great-grandmother.
Goddamn that family tree is rotten from the roots. Holy hell.
That woman blaming the minors who are the victims is disgusting.
She seems like the only one taking it seriously. I might be wrong but she at least took the time to get the police involved and provide evidence.
Dad dead. Mum in prison. Gma left with two twins. She has my compassion
@Saxophone_King yeah, of course. Just can't tell if she'd known all of this beforehand or just now found everything out. Just sort of seems like she's already been aware of some of this. Crazy stuff.
The more I watch the more I see your point. She jumped in but it was too little too late. Those kids were doomed from the start.
My 13 year old girls never had an opportunity to be alone with anyone without my knowledge. Poor parenting!
Agreed. . Take the task be the bad guy. Kinda think these guardians are just enabling
They had no parents.

@@CHEFPOPTART yes i know, it’s like a currency in prisons lol
How on earth is the grandmother so chill with it all!?!?! That's neglect right there!
She likes the attention and drama. I know the type.
Rhonda is bizarrely accusatory towards the two teens in her care that have been groomed and raped by a guy three times their age. That guy should obviouisly be put under the jail but I sorta get a sense about what might have prompted those two kids to start making terrible choices in the first place
they aren't in her care
I agree. They deserved love understanding stability rules kindness. I don't think they got that. Poor girls, especially the one who was graped.
She's their grandma, but she's so young. Looks like teen pregnancies are common in that family. You don't hear often that great grandfather gets custody, they're usually not even alive. Girl's parent's lost custody. That whole family is clearly problematic.
I can't know for sure, but I get the sense she's just frustrated that the girls seem so thoroughly brainwashed by the guy that she can't get them to understand that he's not a good person. I mean, I get what you're saying, and I agree, but I can also understand her frustration if that's what it's about with her.
@jrasicmark1 oh I definitely understand where her attitude is coming from, it's a very Southwestern way of dealing with serious problems that I know from my own family. It's also just not.....a good way of dealing with problems like this lol
Thank you EWU bodycam, I had only seen the arrest footage none of the actual investigation! This is INSANE!!!!!
36 years? They usually give them 36 months. Finally
It’s just mind boggling to me the amount of kids today who thinks it’s perfectly fine to just talk to anyone, or walk off with anyone.
Sad sad sad!! And people wonder why so many kids end up missing or dead. UNBELIEVABLE!
Okay but why does the guardian allow them to just leave at all times throughout the night......
Have u had teenagers? They will escape/leave if they find an opportunity.
@@ll2323 Nope, depends on the consequesnces and parenting. I know if my child sneaks out to meet w someone then im taking all communication resources away. No phone, laptop etc...If it happens again the consequences get worse. Your child needs to know you're not the one to play with.

A common factor in a lot of these cases is all these kids seem to have equal parts social maturity through the roof while having underdeveloped emotional maturity
Never been held accountable for anything, no responsibility. No punishment.
Well, they are children that were likely exposed to very adult stuff that they shouldn't have been exposed to while being neglected enough to accept any kind of "love" or stability.
@itz-luigi1210 Wrong wrong. What are you talking about? Just say out loud what you believe, will you? These are children --- They have all the maturity of children of their age. You seem to be stuck in gross immaturity .

She's as disgusting as the pedo. The way she brazenly talks about her granddaughters abuse while casually blaming her for it made my skin crawl. She knew this was happening for over a year and didn't involve the police, she should be charged.
This whole thing is horrible but the fact that the justice system actually did its job for once and sent him away for 36 years is amazing. By the time he gets out, hopefully he'll be too old to hurt anyone again. If he gets out - I hear things don't go so well for child abusers in prison.
no love lost for chomos.
Old pedos are even worse offenders. Just look at Megan’s Law list.
Grandma looks hella young for having teenage grandchildren. Generational babies having babies 😵💫
Oh Lord protect our children from incompetent parents who allow predators in their lives
This is why kids under 16 should be BANNED from social media. This unacceptable
“Simply use online services instead?” No, they should be banned from social media.
Phones too
Unfortunately these girls didn’t have much of a chance with the guardians they have. Despicable
