I would use a thumb protector and cut towards my thumb, there would be better control.

u can use a sushi chopstick since it's circle and the tip is thicker than a ramyeon chopstick 😉

what kind of wood stick did you used? bamboo stick or hardwood stick?

Bamboo itself is another category so it would just be normal wood chopsticks if you have them
