Request everyone to book and take the confirmation in writing.. I called them around 11 AM and they confirmed that sufficient Rooms are available and I can come around 3 PM. When I reached around 2 PM, they completely denied..and asked me to go to other Hotel

Kolkata office er lokjon o ottonto inefficient... Please do not stay here... Its probably the worst hotel we have ever stayed in Puri
