I'm in the comedy/entertainment niche, so I actually don't take inspiration from people in my niche, the whole point of my page is being different.
However I would even say still try to curate your feed. Even if you don’t want to take inspiration for their jokes take inspiration for their edits as you may see things you had never thought about

I would use the account like normal without posting for 3-7 days then start to post 1-2 times per day for a week or 2 and then go to 3
