Hi bro...I'm now decided to construct 1st floor of my house, our house was constructed with 12 pillars.... For ground floor they have used 12mm rods for pillars, can I use 16mm rods while constructing pillars for 1st floor..... ?

Please explain these queries
1. How is the load path for lateral load along length direction? The side bracings seems not connected to base
2. Why so flimsy bracing section? If it is tension only bracing what is the point of using as X- Bracing?
3. How will you analyse tension only bracing manually?
4. How will you achieve full rigid connection on rafter- column connection with mere end plate bolting and back stiffners?
Please answer. It's for understanding the right information

planning to construct stitching unit in 3000 to 4000 sq ft i.e 60 x 50 or 80 x 50 ft. What is economical PEB or conventional. brick wall height 8 ft and total height 14 ft.

I am planning for a big shed for a steel shop 28 x 95 feet Both sides our own Building wall covered planned post height to 20 feet in after some front area at backside planned 10 feet planned for a floor type in Checkqur platform for some small materials loading and display showroom concept what type of foundation is best for this also without building xtra side walls I can go with column posts alone sir
