    Thank you for this. Program simple enough to remember, challenging enough to make my body sore the first week and I am starting to do things that I could do about 15 years ago(I am 40). I decided to do this at least 3 times per week and to keep a spreadsheet of my progress since I am feeling of increasing the numbers.

    I think your teaching method, "Follow-Along", will be great to be added in one of your great contents, 'Trick of the Week'. In my opinion, your introduction to progressions looks like a textbook. It sometimes looks unkind for tricking novices. Like you want to learn swimming, so you read a textbook. But It shows only "the perfect performance" to you. Of course, you would struggle in the first place, and you'd end up doubting if you are doing well or... giving up. You know people always want to make sure if they are doing well, and it encourages them to be passionate about what they are doing. I want to say your introduction is perfect but not great for tricking novices who want to start this new journey.
    So I'd like to suggest that you add a follow-along part in videos of basic tricks like Aerial, B-Kick, Cart-wheel and etc. For example, you teach people B-Kick, and you show them yourself failing and tell them "You'd be like this when you try it for the first time". It will be very great for them to be sure of themselves. As a consequence, it will encourage them to do tricking.
    Sorry for my poor English, but I just wanted to say this!

    always squat atg one time down on both legs and pause for a moment to get any pops out of knees before going for pistols. takes 2 seconds bro and saves your knees from one of those pops being a possible injury

    I can't keep balanced when i do lemon squeezer tucked or pike.I fall over to rear or back or side sometimes??

      Mucydonia try to focus on your abs when you do it. Make sure you can feel it. Try to do less better ones rather than more worse ones. If you focus on the abs it will be harder but you’ll be doing it properly.

    Bro relax. Just be yourself a lil more. Ths seems lie a overdone 9h grade presentation. Teh voice, the hand movements, the body stances..chill
