Itachi will not have to go to murder his clan, Sasuke will not have to go after Itachi
Naruto will not have to go that far for his promise.....
But the fight between Indara and Ashura will go on .

I can image once Konoha hears that Madara is alive from Obito they will sent a hunting party out to rid of him. At this point in time that would probably be Jiraiya, Orochimaru and Minato.
