So sorry to hear this Brittany. I had the same problem - partly work related. Better times ahead and you are now a beautiful woman, with gender confirmation surgery I sleep much better.
Thank you! I always enjoy your videos! I've just taken 1st steps, saw psychiatrist who believes my Disphoria is real and have referrals for HRT and for Gender Affirming counseling! Brittany, you've been an inspiration! ❤️
I suffer with waking up in the middle of the night as well. It's a horrible feeling and I get anxiety attacks knowing that I have another night to get through. That's when I tend to break down. I have found night nurse to be pretty good as a temporary fix which might give your system a reset. I know there are also herbal sleeping aids which are good for long term use but they never really worked for me. I wish you all the best. It's a horrible feeling. x
I found that antidepressants helped me with exactly your symptoms. It didn't fix everything and I still have problems falling asleep, but I feel better and have many nights now where I get a good nights rest.
Brittany….I had had sleepless nights with restless leg syndrome, when I was taking the antidepressant, Venlafaxine to help me with the mood swings from my last two of 14 years on increased HRT. So I got with my doc and she prescribed a half dose to be taken late in the afternoon. Now I fall asleep with a few prayers and ten to twenty minutes of transcendental meditation and I sleep for 6 to 9 hours, depending on when I set my alarm. It’s wonderful. And your attitude of transition merely being a correction made with your life and now you can get on with the normal things, comfortable that you are presenting your real self, that you are a pretty woman, a lady, and that is just the way you were meant to appear and be all along. Take care. Stay safe. ….Laura
You will figure it out :) And yes, getting your thoughts out in these videos is good/self talk therapy, except you are recording it and putting it out there! Has to be cathartic. You are looking great BTW :)
All you mentioned Britt is just life that we all go through -It's how you react to it and your attitude. Don't look back on things you reacted to and wished you could have been happier ,be happy now as best you can and then when you look back you will be even happier,be happy and make others happy-so important no matter what happens and what others think or do. As for sleeping meditation and melatonin help a lot with this for many people, take care.
Brittany, Hang in there girl. Transitioning, hormones, surgery ... etc is a very complex process guaranteed to generate a lot of emotions. What you are going through is normal and will work itself out over time. Just be cognizant that you are developing into a lovely woman and that you have a great family. Everything else is secondary to that at the moment. Take care, Fiona
I so feel you Britney! I've been struggling with my sleep lately, too. And like you, I don't feel that great with a lack of sleep. I just keep myself busy + do a lot of workout to get me tired and put me to sleep.
Britney that guy deserved it but it would have been better if you walked back and kissed her as he was watching he would maybe have run home . Hahahahaha
You are a lovely lady, that comes thru in every post. May you rest well soon

Thank you. My doctor has suggested this but I’m not sure. Plus I’ll need to declare to my job any medication, so 🤷♀️🤷♀️
Brittany, you look absolutely fantastic, but talk to your doctor about your sleep. Going without sleep is not good for you, stay strong❤❤❤

I'm fascinated by the loss of male privilege. Can you make a video describing this phenomenon in more detail?
