UPDATE: Apparently Little For Big has major issues regarding racism, shaming and some other very serious incidents. I recommend avoiding them at all costs. PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK BRAND REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING! I am not recommending these brands, just telling you they are there :) Happy shopping x
As soon as I saw you mention them I came down to comment about this, they’ve been really racist and transphobic in the past (and I think some other things but I’m unsure?) apparently they’ve changed management and gotten better but I don’t know about that
Iam goth and into this abdl stuff and can say there are s many better abdl ect. brands than little for big! onesie down under, bigbabyboutique, snapyland or tykables to just name a tiny few.
Thank you for mentioning black owned slow-fashion brands! I've been trying to find some good black goth buisnesses that I can support that don't get the advertisement they deserve. Will be saving the video to my playlist for further reference!
omg I was noticed >w< Thank you so much for your recommendations Emily, will definitely try and save up to start my dream goth/alternative wardrobe now, while being mostly guilt-free since I ain't buying from art thieves any more
For all my CyberGoth or cyberpunk friends, I recommend DSF/dark Star fusion on Etsy ☣♡ they are a bit expensive but some of their items are very original and unique
Just a heads up, ive seen some controversy around LittleforBig using underage models for their adult models. I cant verify the truth, but a lot of people in the ABDL/ddlg communities are very much against the company for that reason.
@@emilybooboo i felt that it was very uncomfortable that you had a ddlg brand in the video. that community is filled with horrible stuff and it just seems creepy that underaged people might buy from there (i know you said it was 18+ but young people often do not get the danger of it all) without knowing what it was and just getting indoctrinated and groomed. i have experiences with that and it was tbh kinda jarring to see it in there.
This is honestly so helpful in the first place of giving alternatives to toxic brands like Dolls Kill but ALSO this is going to help me so much in finding clothing I actually like that is sustainable and not being sold from racists 🌸I'm about to look fly as hell in sustainable clothes that support BIPOC and the planet!
when I went to look up disturbia in google search, I didn't put the .com and the first link to click as to buy their stuff through dollskill so becareful
I love seeing people talk about agere brands without judging or hate 😭😭❤️ I never thought I’d see people talk about the community positively and it makes me feel so loved and appreciated omfg ❤️
Disturbia is my fav brand ever! I ordered 2 things in the sale and they arrived 3 days later eventhough I'm not based in the UK. The quality was amazing and they stayed great in the wash 😍
Here are a few more suggestions for those interested... Wicked Clothes - funny/quirky occult tees and sweatshirts Femfetti - fun feminist/empowering slogan tees and things, they also have a few gothy shirts as well The Pyramid Collection - a little bit of everything, witchy/vampy/steampunk/boho clothing and room decor Adorned by Chi (black owned) - cute t-shirts and original manga novels Bekkathyst - unique witchy crystal jewelry and gemstones Opaque Creations - more jewelry, also some decor items as well
Thanks for this Emily. As an elder (59) goth, I find it hard to buy clothing that is 'age' (?) appropriate. Seriously, some of the current designs, would look horrid on me! But this gave me a good start on trying to find my trad goth clothing.
I feel like your channel is one of the only genuine ones who actually care about your subscribers, instead of making sponsored videos promoting crap clothes just for the profit. Thank you :) 🖤
Tripp NYC - omg the materials they have! Probably some of the best pieces I own, amazing quality. Prices are...well not for everyone. Ragged priest - quite good quality and! their jeans fit my weird 5'9 built. So 👍🏻 from a tall girl. Collusion: they actually have a tall line so another 👍🏻 from a tall girl. And, the jeans are super nice quality, I own even a man's pair from them, fits quite well.
I've always loved tripp since i was a teenager. I just wish their plus size was easily available if they even still make them. I use to buy Tripp at torrid back then and for a bit HT had their plus size.
collusion is my FAVOURITE brand, everything i've got from them has been amazing quality , and for those interested they do have a plus size line as well
YEEES YOU INCLUDED MELTYCHOCOLATEMOON. She is so wholesome, she is usually att different conventions like NärCon etc. I bought a top from her, it says "I hate kids with anime profile pics" and I love it! ^^ she is so nice and easy to talk to ❤️ she really deserves more recognition! :3
I’m looking for some really vibrant platform shoes, like Elton John threw up on my feet kinda vibe, and I don’t wanna support Dollskill. Thanks for these!
Thank you so much for your mention of all these alternative brands, some of which we wouldn't otherwise know about! I love checking out new & new-to-me companies, and have actually ordered from a couple from the last list!
Thank you for doing this!!! I am glad I found your channel because I am sick of non-inclusive alternative channels/brands. I Will be adding a lot of these to my list and I can't wait to support more Black-owned brands. Also, I've bought from Foxblood before and they have great customer service
I'd like to throw in Sourpuss Clothing and Angry Young and Poor, both sell alot of cute alternative, punk, rockabilly and goth clothes/accessories (including shoes and even "alternative" baby/kids clothes). Angry Young and Poor has a HUGE selection of band merch from loads of different artists/bands from a wide range of genres. Admittedly haven't bought from either in a long time, but I've had nothing but good experiences shopping with both.
A really good cosmetics brand is Black Moon. I've only tried their matte lipsticks, but they feel so smooth going on and they don't dry my lips. They're my favorite liquid lipstick!
I know this video is a bit older, but I recently discovered a store called viciouspunx and I'm in love! They're a small business in the UK that specializes in alt jewelry, mostly acrylic and metal. Not only do they use sustainable practices and do whatever they can to be environmentally friendly, but all their stuff is super affordable! I've seen sets of earrings go for about 2 pounds on the site!
FANTASTIC VIDEO! Love love love that you're veering away from fast fashion to more independently owned businesses :D You should do a monthly video about independent businesses and whats caught your eye! I'd totally watch!
I'd also recommend Cyberdog, I have many of their shirts and they are incredibly comfy however they are ridiculously unusual when it comes to sizing if you are plus size. Shipping is fast and the actual 'mothership' store in Camden is absolutely stunning (it's made to look like a spaceship). One warning I would give now is that they've added their future lovers (fetish/sex shop) stock to their site so be warned if you're underage. They are already on Dollskill however it looks like they are in the process of removing their stock however haven't made any statements about it. Their style is very 90s rave and some of their current lines look very much like something Billie Eilish would wear (I see you ravelution).
also i really appreciate these videos!! you are doing such a service to the alt community, ive had so much trouble finding anything that isn't a blatant scam and/or severely priced and/or not near my size and/or shit quality and/or not at all my styles!! finding any clothes at all in my size is a struggle, so in these videos you've shared a few and that makes me so happy, cause it really makes me so depressed to always be excluded or ignored, or worse. you are really cool also! i love your style! and like that black and green really is so fun??? i wanna get on that! maybe now i can!
One reason I want to get into fashion is because it’s very difficult to find something that I genuinely enjoy wearing in my size. I’d also like to learn how to make my own shoes because practically no one carries US 9.5 W shoes save for a few work shoes and work boots. I appreciate you putting this video together regardless!!! Hope you’re having a good one!
Loooove Die with Your Boots On! They're local to me so I've been to their physical shop quite a few times - amazing variety, prices are very affordable, and the quality is fantastic!
I just found UK website lamoda, which looks like a decent source for shoes. Their platforms do leave a lot to be desired, however: they're mostly have black, white, and red colors. The shipping is great- it is DHL (I don't have any experience with them though) and seems affordable for US shipping (based on the calculator at the bottom of the website). They have other items as well, but I really can't say much about them since they're new to me.
I really appreciate you recognizing smaller brands! It's so helpful to those new to the game who just need a leg up. Just keep being your eccentric self because that's what we like to see. :-D THE TANK IS CLEAN!
How are you so amazing!? Another badass video! I love how you cover brands that are not your own personal style SO well. Totally non-bias reviews. Super valuable content annnd your humor gives me all the smiles! Thanks girl! P&L
The first time RUclips didn’t show me a video someone I followed and watched regularly uploaded... well I’m gonna start “hitting that bell” as they say. THANK YOU BOO FOR THIS VIDEO
Don't forget Beserk.com.au here in Australia that specialise in all things gothic, kawaii, platform shoes, clothing -pretty much everything! They are fantastic!
Awesome you mentioned Deandri! I don't know what pricing would be if shipped abroad but there are sales fairly regularly I'd say. Even if buying full price, they are definitely fair for the product you receive (at least from the times I've purchased. I can't look at the site often because then I just want to spend.) Once I found Deandri, I had less use for Killstar. So many great options on this video and very thankful you've made this one!!!
Played this on the TV while eating chips and looking the brands on my phone. Following them on their social handles and subscribing to their mailing lists. Thank you so much for helping me discover all these cool new brands.
I'm really into some androgynous dark academia modernized vintage clothes and victorian guy's clothes. I've looked everywhere for smaller businesses to support and can't find any good ones any suggestions?
So I’ve ordered from Fox Blood and Deandri. Love them both. I have three skirts two crop tops and one dress from Deandri. They run small af! Still highly recommend. All made in the US which is very nice. Fox blood runs about normal sizes.
Girl WHY ARE YOU NOT A MARKETING CONSULTANT lol I am living for your pitches of these brands, and so much respect from the pros and cons. Keeping it real. :)
die with your boots on is such an amazing shop!! last i went instore they had some more (largely locally made) clothing items that werent online along with a bunch of locally made jewelry and art so i highly recommend going when they reopen if you ever get the chance!!! the staff is super nice as well i genuinely love going :] BTW theyre sending pride stickers/buttons with every order this month, sending a percentage of their june sales to a local org for lgbt youth, and are also selling a book called "Exquisite Aberrations" with 100% of the proceeds for the rest of june being donated to the aclu :D
Omg tysm i was literally about to cry when I saw so many pretty doll kills shoes and items. I saw they had a lot of problems and lost hope when I did google searchs to find pretty shoes that are similar to theirs but their shoes would pop up or one or two other So grateful🙇🙌❤.
Awesome list! I can't believe Tripp are still going- knew so many lads with those jangly trousers back when i was a nipper! :D Looking at Electro threads I remembered more brands you should check out- Spacetribe and Hexagon clothing. Also there is Psylo fashion if you recently started shitting money :P , but Toonzshop stocks a bunch of similar stuff by brands I can't pronounce for less money. Keep being an absolute delight Boo! x

Hi, I read things about this compagny ( with transfobia and racism) but someone told me they change their staff. Does anyone have more informations ?
There's an Aussie DDLG company that's called onesies downunder (they do onesies/bows/pacifier & do on)
As soon as I saw you mention them I came down to comment about this, they’ve been really racist and transphobic in the past (and I think some other things but I’m unsure?) apparently they’ve changed management and gotten better but I don’t know about that
Iam goth and into this abdl stuff and can say there are s many better abdl ect. brands than little for big! onesie down under, bigbabyboutique, snapyland or tykables to just name a tiny few.
It’s so sad bc I love their designs 😭 onesiesdownunder and lilkinkbotique are my faves tho
Thank you for mentioning black owned slow-fashion brands! I've been trying to find some good black goth buisnesses that I can support that don't get the advertisement they deserve.

Same.
"The sun is shining, the tank is clean!" Pls, PLS start your videos with disney references more 😂
Haha I just had that stuck in my head before filming :P
I instantly subscribed 😂😂😂
Dollskill raises their price of these items sooo much, its like 30$ less with free shipping at other stores
I just really like being called a booby
They're very weird-looking but interesting birds
And they have blue feet :D They're awesome!
Idk y that made me laugh out loud thnx lol
omg I was noticed >w< Thank you so much for your recommendations Emily, will definitely try and save up to start my dream goth/alternative wardrobe now, while being mostly guilt-free since I ain't buying from art thieves any more
I am new to Emily. But my game usernames have been boobies for long time. Boobies are cool and they do funny dances.
This is exciting I’m here for the black owned alt fashion brands
‘In the words of Tesco, every little helps’ I don’t know why that made me cackle so much,, I love your videos

These brands saying they have a Y2k style need to drop the waistlines on their bottoms. It's not Y2k without your thong showing up.

Some of my favorite trousers came from disturbia!
Another shoe brand YRU. I havent ordered from them, but I’ve heard really good things about them, like their heals being incredibly comfy.
I’ve ordered !!! Love their stuff :3
"Soft nipple wear" 😂😂 you never fail to amuse me 🖤💚
Glad I could be of service!
Much love for featuring Jasmine!! She's a great lady and all her models are amazing people too!!
I randomly came across you when searching for why DollsKill sucks and I love your vibe! I’m sticking around
Wooo thank you x
Disturbia has YOUTH CLOTHES AND THEYRE ADORABLE
Deandri, black craft, strvngecult, disturbia and foxblood are amazing!!!!! 🥰 some of my favorite brands.
Agree they really have good alternative stuff
Deandri has such a good size range, too bad I'm poor 😭
