Five killed in dawn landslide in Murang’a County

Five people died when landslides hit parts of Murang’a County, following a night of heavy rain. A family of four, a married couple and their two children were buried alive in Inoi village, while a fifth person, a seventy year-old man was found dead at Kahwai villlage in Mathioya. Murang’a residents living in high-risk zones have been urged to seek refuge in local churches and schools.
