Martinez had an ak47. Killed em both at the same time.

Ok so here I am, trying to fix some points: Strength - Victor, despite CJ can lift heavy dumbells, Victor can literally grab people and throw them somewhere at a meter maybe. Speed - Victor, he swims faster and also can outrun a car, also Victor's punches are faster. IQ/BIQ - Victor, he's more educated than CJ, and he's also got served till Copral level at the army. Durability - Victor, debatable, but if you fall of the highest point in game, or at least jump out of the heli, Victor will survive actually having half of he's health remaining. (He also does it in a storyline, when him and Lance trying to steal drugs from the bikers, and their chopper getting shut down.) Experience - CJ, bro has 100+ missions, there was a lot of crazy things dude made threw out of he's story, he robbed a bank, invaded military base and a lot, lot more. Feats - Victor, he literally took over the whole city all by himself. Accuracy - Victor, probably because of the aiming mechanics, but Vic also has a faster reloading in a very beginning of the game, and there was like no moments when I could miss at the enemy with he's aiming. Literally he had an army training. Hax - CJ, he can shoot from both of the hands, and there's also useful things like Jetpack in he's arsenal. Stealth - CJ, without the arguments. Skills - CJ can shoot from two hands, swim underwater, parkour, and there's probably lots of other skills he can do, since San Andreas has lots of mechanics. But can't admit that Victor is actually a pretty good gun-man and a fighter. Endurance - Victor, no doubt, bro one taps NPCs just by snapping their neck (which is physically hard, but he does it with such an ease.) Also Vic attacks are strong as hell, he can literally throw CJ on the ground and hard stomp he's nuts 💀 Agility - Tie, I think that's because Victor character takes some prime stats from CJ, so they're just sharing it somehow, maybe that's because they having the same engine and source code, who knows. Stamina - Tie. Probably same thing as it was with the agility. Training - Victor, he's a copral. Reflexes - Victor, he reacts to the explosion even before Phil K. opens the garage. Victor Vance - (12) vs. Carl "CJ" Johnson - (6) Vic wins - Mid Diff.
