When you talked about dealing with your dad‘s death six years later he hit me like a ton of bricks because my dad passed away almost 3 years ago and we were not on speaking terms at the time and I feel like the last three years have just been a blur and I have done everything I can to keep myself busy but that’s actually been the worst thing I could’ve done I’m just now dealing with it and it hit me so freaking hard as well. So much respect to you Tommy you really are making moves to make this world a better place.

I can’t laugh with him. I can’t cry. My body is naturally and instinctually wants to put a guard up. I wish it didn’t. The worst is it was 2 days before my bday. And every year it’s like.. ugh. I freakin hate my birthday. The worst week of my life. And I’ve had some rough weeks myself.. I hate this sh*t. I hope one day I don’t think about it everyday. ✊✊. I wish there was a support system for people like us. There’s a lot of us out there it seems. Thanks for sharing bro.
