  • Here, we shall learn how to create a publication-ready ANOVA table within a few simple steps. You will be able to export this table in MS Word, PDF, and HTML documents. None of the statistical software can generate such tables without advanced knowledge of the corresponding programming language. This will help researchers to quickly create ANOVA tables while saving time by eliminating the need to manually input each command. This has a significant benefit over typical manual procedures for computation and table display, which are not only time-consuming but also prone to errors.

@@AGRONInfoTech Sir, it is really appreciated and very informative for R users. This script is for two-way ANOVA. If the same works for one-way ANOVA, how and where to edit the script?

@@AGRONInfoTech, please also make a video on how to present the mean comparison results with Std. Error either from tukey from anova or dunn test from kruskal-walis, and add lettering for multiple variables. Thanks, and waiting for another useful tutorial video.

Do you mean plotting bar graph with SE and lettering from DMRT or Tukey test after ANOVA? Here ANOVA means one way ANOVA. Am I right?

@@AGRONInfoTech Sir, we can make table data with MS and p-values of significance level by this script. My question is the same with @slimoonislam9537, we want to present the multiple variable data with mean comparison with one-way or two-way ANOVA followed by LSD test. Could you edit this script or make another short video by using the same tutorial dataset (two factors; water and priming) to show the mean values (not the MS), with Std error, LSD comparison test ? this would be more useful for us to follow it. In most cases, table data with multiple variables are presented with treatment means+Std.error and LSD/dunn.test based comparison. Presenting ANOVA table with mean comparison of the treatments with LSD/Tukey/dunn.test is greater in use, instead of giving means square values.... my query is the same with @silmoonislam9537
