there is a small issue Addressing the Logging tags as you defined in the Script . with me the Name of the HMI is somehow not taken from the HMI name defined in the Properties but under the Collaboration data. e.g HMI_RT_4 . what might be the reason . i found out by looking what tags connection was the TIA addressing.
I'm trying to create the time filter externally using IO FILDS but I can't find the functions that allow me to do that. Where can I find it? Or would you have sample code that does that?
Hello, i want to do the above with a PID with a few variables. I have a UDT with a few tags that are logged. I want to read the connected tag completely so i know where it comes from. then i can change the string to define which variables it needs to use. Is there any way possible to read this? Until now I only managed to read the resource list tagname but this is missing datablock naming which changes per unit.
Very good your advices, thank you... Other possible option ... is it possible load data from a csv text file and load into trend control, f(x) in a unified comfort panel?. I did with TPs series but I have not clear how do it with unified panels.
HI, how to define a variable in Logging tags with Javascripts, i mean automatically with JS not manually. I have Faceplate and i want to write a new variable direct to Logging tags. The same variable is defined in HMI variable.
Hello there, Yur videos are very useful. Can you give some information on How can we dynamically change the value of Y-axis with the help of tag in runtime. I have tried it but it's not working.
Hi, do you mean on the trend control? You can connect an HMI Tag (DataType = DateTime) to the Property "Start time" Trend Control-->Trend areas-->Time axes - bottom-->Start time Keep in mind that the DateTime is in UTC and the Trend control display the local time by default
Really useful guideline. Hope to see move video from u.
Thank you for the valuable infos .
Thank you for the video. I'm looking for a way for my ruler to display the y-axis instead of time. Do you have a solution? Thanks !

Hi,
do you mean on the trend control?
You can connect an HMI Tag (DataType = DateTime) to the Property "Start time"
Trend Control-->Trend areas-->Time axes - bottom-->Start time
Keep in mind that the DateTime is in UTC and the Trend control display the local time by default
Without logging tag will trends works
Sure, you can also Display online tags
Is this also possible from the task scheduler?
No this is not possible, from the task scheduler you have access to screens or screen objects
