Have you followed all the steps? The first thing you need to do is to runtime on your PC(localhost), just like the video. Once the connection from your PC, for the mobile it would be the same, open your browser and write this: Https://192.168.1.240 Important make sure you write well . and put your IP that you have configured. You don't need any configuration on the mobile and no software installation.

I don't understand. You can create the users from TiaPortal and upload them. Follow all the steps from 2.19 video. Make sure you select "reset to star value".

It is not necessary, you can simulate it with the TiaPortal PlcSim.

No need to have HMI, you can run in your browser. WinccUnified run on TiaPortal version 16.0 or higher.
