Nana Adjoa - National Song & She's Stronger | A SONGBOOK SESSION

This episode of Songbook features Amsterdam-based singer-songwriter Nana Adjoa who invites us into her soulful soundscapes in the rustic environment of the metal workshop Kop&Co.Metaalwerken in Breda, The Netherlands.
A multi-instrumentalist and curious explorer of new sonic spheres, Nana Adjoa's music is driven by softly-spoken - but nonetheless powerful - lyrics and melodic guitar riffs.
Armed with a deft poeticism and a fierce sense of musicianship, she creates songs that are as fun to listen to as they are inspiring. For Songbook, Nana performs "National Song" and "She's Stronger" together with band member and keyboardist Tim Schakel.
Both songs are featured on Nana Adjoa's debut LP "Big Dreaming Ants", released in September 2020.
