I myself ended back up in a Cousin this year too. Its where I have Planner/Journaling peace. Im able to Memory Keep since I have a bad Long Term Memory

I absolutely loved your video! I watched it while doing my nails and I must say I was too so focused on making my journal “pretty” that I ended up not using it much and looking back at my old filled out cousin, I dont think it really matters as long as you are using it. I feel looking at a filled journal is more satisfying than looking at a half empty journal where some pages trying to look pretty with stickers and weird layouts that im not used to. Also, I was thinking of trying a different planner for my work instead of my hobonichi weeks but after seeing your video I dont think I will. The little details hobonichi include in their techos are so well thought out that I dont think another company will beat it, but would love to hear recommendations if you have❤
My mistake that I did with the Common Planner is I got the planner itself and a weeks section.... which looking back, i dont think i needed the weeks since it overlaps with what is in the planner. (i also somehow skimmed through and didn't notice that everything was vertical. ) So there's that overlap for me... and the monthly sections i don't get to use since I now have 2. It's only June but here I am already contemplating what I should use next year...
I’m wondering if I should move to the cousin for 2025. I purchased the B6 undated Common planner and it’s a little too small, but they are coming out with a B5 size for 2025 that I think I would love. Help?
Do you think you need that much space? Or do you carry your planner around? B5 would really annoy me to carry in my bag or even around the house. I’d say definitely go up to A5 if the B6 was too small though
My A5 daily duo doesn't have enough space. Neither does my 7x9 compact vertical. I tend to "talk" to much when I'm journaling, but luckily that's not on the daily. But I love the idea of the B5 having a full 24 hours in the vertical weekly spreads.
Is this the documentary you were referring to? If not, can you please point me in the right direction. I would LOOOOOOVE to watch it. It sounds like something I would really enjoy. Thanks!
I’m not sure if you tried to link something but the documentary is called Helvetica and came out in 2007 and was directed by Gary Hustwit. It looks like you can rent it on Amazon and apple.

Absolutely agree! I’ll occasionally stick down stickers or write a title but anything more than that and it just discourages me from using it
